it would be nice if the clicking and the raising of the lance went together...sometimes it just drops to the ground as i click away...or suddenly goes up...fun concept but that pretty much ruins the game...

you could have made santa a bit more human. i mean, i got a direct hit and it done 6% of he's max health. dumb alien powers i reckon

I really love this game, don't know why, but the challenge of Santa is fun, although, its more joust with him is more time consuming than anything else.

I didn't believe it when I read it, but upgrading strength really is a downgrade. When I was facing Santa, it was extremely difficult for me to hit him because just one click would make the lance go above the target. Also, if you have multiple stockings, you should be able to use one each round until you run out (granted this does make it really easy to beat Santa). Why do you have to joust against Santa? I thought that the winner of all battles got to ride with him. Did he just want to be alone? Also, I was able to get 100% on some guys. I feel so accomplished, but the end is kind of crappy with just the snow coming down and not being able to do anything after you win.

Fun for a bit. Small but annoying glitch: randomly after a round the speed would automatically start at the lowest without me clicking or pressing anything. Happened at least once in every match iirc after buying the winged boots (or whatever gives you that first extra speed level) on both high and low quality.

guys, you must aim the target yellow to the left of the screen (look at the tutorial) it shows the point of weakness of your enemy. No need to point to the face or shield, as it does not always coincide with the weakness point.

Other tip: max atk and spd, but dont upgrade defence till Santa comes... Why? Because u might lose battles, but u will get maximum gold from them... Then when u got lots of gold, just upgrade defence at max, win the rematches (if u lose remtach u wont play them again), buy a smelly sock... If u use smelly sock, with sword glowing, u should get bout 60-70 dmg. The rest is hitting santa for 5-10 dmg, with glowing sword and glowing shield... Worked for me..

*sigh* Beat everyone and earned gold well, upgrading consistently so little gold is actually accumulated. Then suddenly Santa is so hard and I need to earn more gold to get that last upgrade and buy socks which I've never needed to use on any prior to him. But then the gold earned against Santa is so low so it becomes frustratingly slow.

Just a little help: if you don't get the speed you want, you can just let your lance drop to the ground. That will make that round be a draw, then it restarts from that round. You can do this as many times as you want

@aaronerpzh technically you should get less damage from aiming at the shield because in actual jousting a hit to the shield becomes a hit that is deflected. maybe the effects in this game would make sense if one assumes that the shield is actually never hit and it is instead the torso that is being hit.

@jodabb I won against Santa with sock and upgrades, you just need to try and max your speed and don't forget to hit 'S' otherwise he'll take 1/2 your health

You can kill santa by weakening him and at abut 32% health use smelly sock and getting a direct hit. Give some +'s to carry on the word.

ok reticule on the side of the screen does little to nothing. I aimed it perfectly with laser on santa, in the white, and yet I only got 4 damage. with ALL upgrades.

@aaronerpzh In a lot of the fights, there is a height difference, but we still have to aim for the shield, the angling doesn't matter in this game.
