to play this game you have to download super nova its free and takes like a minute to do but the adobe flash player pops up eventually

Does anyone have a fix for the "Kongregate wants to store information on your computer" from Adobe Flash? Can't click allow or deny. I have to keep closing and opening the game and pray it doesn't come back again. :(((

Best Game ever... though... timing is... awkward- it took this guy five days to check in and half a month to walk to his room. His comment- "Quick, Friendly Reception." Hmm... reception took five days!!!

Nice, but a bit short. I wait to have more money before building de last room to get a new star, that way it's very easy, i just have to read guest review to know wath to do !

This is the secret to elevators: guests don't mind walking, but they hate /waiting/. Make every elevator shaft two floors high and offset the next shaft to the side so it doesn't extend the one from the previous floor. The elevator only moves between two floors and it empties completely every time the doors open - absolute minimum wait time. You'll never get a complaint.

Bottomless, inhuman, ravenous hunger for elevators. My 30 floor hotel is 60% high capacity elevators and I'm still getting complaints.

Finished in 1.5h: Tip for customer elevators is to make each elevator shaft span 5 floors max, then have another transfer/shaft on the same floor. For staff elevators, I made each shaft span 10 floors instead of 5 (since the demand is lower)

This is the best game ever and it is so much fun to get 5 stars in the game I play this game every day for like 1-2 hours it is much fun!

it took me 3 HOURS TO GET TO FIVE STARS. i was stuck at 4 stars for at least a hour trying to get enough DAMN ELEVATORS

Good game, but needs improvement.
My first floor is only reception and lifts. The guestview is saying, that there is a huge waiting timer at reception. One reception is full, with 5-6 people waiting, 2 is empty, one is in duty without anybody waiting...
Same at lifts. I have lift blocks, but users dont go to the neighbouring lift. And they always choose the one is just gone, never the one is coming.

I changed a small cafe for an open air one, however all reviews turned "boring waiting at cafe -3" though they were staffed, and people were coming/going consistently. Must have been a bug, I couldn't recover from it. Apart from that happening i like it =]

The five star hotel badge should be hard instead of medium just because of how tedious it is to constantly battle with having the money to ensure that a good 98% of your hotel is made up of nothing but elevator shafts lol..
