The problem is that the engine is the only stat that actually matters. Boost is too situational, and the improvements in turning are negligible and you'll still have to brake around any hairpin turn.

need to be able to see where the cars are in front of me and behind me. and where i am on the map so i can use the boost on the straight parts. minimap has to happen.

needs more room for error, and the graphics are ok, music is annoying, and china and great britian lvls are insane. been at this for waaaay to long now. you kno, you ARE sposed to EVENTUALLI win the game, (*glares at creators*). nuff said. two stars, tops.

apparentley, I'm good enough to get medal #8 and beat track 8 in a record-smashing time of 2:02:19, but bad enough to place in seventh. IN THE SAME RACE!

no mini map adds difficulty sure but do the great formula drivers have mini maps try memorizing the map. on that note a start finish marker would be helpful on race selection

Would be cool that after you paused, and then click on ''Continue'' You have 3 seconds to be prepared, because you need to take the mouse away... >:(

1) Stop moaning about the opponents, you have superior acceleration, top speed and boost
2) when you get the special car the computer will start complaining about how unfair YOU are and if you cant come 1st with the special car id suggest never picking up a computer game again ever, they aren't for you!
3) You dont have to slow down to take corners, I avoid the brakes completely, you just have to cut them right, or use computer cars to bump you round

Very flawed game. It's really hard just to try to win when you blow up into a TNT packed barricade while your competitors barrel trough a hairpin at 180MPH without the slitest difficultie. Please, TurboNuke, fix this game.

When I have handling on maximum possible, and I still careen into a wall at least 5 times a game, you know this game is messed up.

Found a trick. Hope this helps anyone who doesn't know it. If you break while turning, and not boosting, your boost bar builds incredibly quickly.

3/5 in general not bad... but for one i dislike the rubberband method per se... uncrashing enemies no speed loss on curves for enemies and all the other issues others mentioned already... unfairness in such a game is a serious downer...

Graphics are very details and game-play overall is cool. Little thing is bad: The car has same handling even using a booster, but I think it should not. If the name isn't "Formula", and the cars are not F1, I would give it 5 stars (people behind: Why so serious??) (4/5)

how is it the opponents can: steer perfectly, never crash, don't get slowed down when you hit them and auto speed up when you boost.
apart from that the game is fine - could you put in an arcade mode with shorter tracks for those lazy gamers out there (like me)

Not too shabby for a Flash game. My only suggestion would be concerning the steering linkages. I'd like to see the front wheels pivot so it doesn't look like I'm driving a skid steer or a tank.
