It remembers me a lot Lotus Car Racing III.
It really needs a map or some curve indicator, I need to know when I have to brake

watching the other drivers taking the turns so fast makes me overestimate my abilities. I think it's stupid to overtake the other drivers on straight course and lose your position on turns. The point of any racing game is turning smoothly, not using boosts...

People ask why this game is under 4 stars. Must say, I put a 3 because when I try to make any kind of turn if there are any obstacles, I'll crash for sure under I go into 80 from 200, and be exceeded by 4 or 5 cars IF I'm lucky. And then I see all those cpu-cars who turn all they want without being able myself to do it. For godness sake, WHY CAN'T I TURN MORE THAN 30º!? That's just stupid. This game? Doesn't worth, right now, the badges it has.

I feel as though the turns are fine, Idk what everyone else is talking about... Never had problems getting first-third.

It's a good game and all, but the only thing I dislike is this... When you bump into a car, you lose speed and they gain it, fair enough. However, why does this not apply when the bump into you? When they bump into you, you slow down and the speed straight past you. I lost a race because of this.. Overall, 4/5 =)

To outrun the CPU in corners, you will have to set your car to full engine (forget about boost and control), and then once you get to the sharp turn, break a bit to avoid crash, then use boost right afterwards. I used this method and finished all the tracks with first and also the great speed achievements.

The corners that do so you explode if you go off the track really sucks. I have to slow down by a lot everytime, while the computer players just rush past me.

Needs a minimap, as others have mentioned. Also, I seem to encounter a glitch stopping me from turning right while boosting. I can turn left, but not right. Using Firefox 3. Just me, or do others get it as well?

Ok, I've played this game quite a bit, I agree that it need a mini map as well all the other stuff that was stated, but what is needed the most for this game is the down arrow to be fixed so that you can brake with it. I've hit it so many times to brake but nothing happens. The other thing I noticed is the fact that the other cars don't slow down in the turns, yet you have to. Out of all the flash type racing games, this is the best and I'd like to see it get better.

its no fun when the ai can drive extremely reckless without problems, but i have to slow down like hell to even get through a curve. 3/5.

I can't believe this game is under 4 stars right now. Great job programming. It's a lot of fun. I do agree with others that a mini-map with car positions would be nice, but that didn't stop me from giving it 5 stars. Very fun game.

Snaks is right, the hairpin curves especially in China are really unfair because _you_ have to slow down to ~150mph to avoid crashing, while _everyone else_ zips past with 200mph. I'm in the lead, I'm in the lead, now comes the curve, *zoomzoomzoomzoomzoom* I'm back at 8th. RAGEQUIT!

CPU players are terrible cheats, corners & bumps dont effect them at all. you need to level the playing field, after all we ARE starting from the back.

This game (apart from the minimap issue) suffers from the generic F1 game problem: Opponents are not subjected to the same laws of physics. Even at the optimum curve, at the optimum speed in tight corners opponents will dash past you as if inertia was only a recommendation for them.
It's fairly rewarding till the last two levels. Then it starts being mean. :D

You know, ever since the SNES Mario Kart, I've always hated it when the computer has perfect handling at max speed. Always screws me in the turns.

The chinese race is very similar to the Monza raceway, and the Bahrain race to the Hungaroring, isn't it? I think this could be continued. Otherways nice game :)

Good for a flash racer. 2 Problems are A) Enemy Cars don't slow down when they go in the sand/dirt, or if they are it is NOWHERE near as sever as if the player does. B) When an opposing car hits YOU from behind they get boosted forward. Just remember, it's less fun when the other cars use magic...

Not bad, good graphics. It seems way too easy just going by the fact that I won my first race, and I never win my first race. The fact that the entire car turns when steering was incredibly annoying. There are much (MUCH MUCH MUCH) worse racing games on Kong, but this was nothing special. 3/5

@ilumminus: pffft, I played games like this on C-64... 2/5 for reminding me old games. Not worth wasting time to get hard badge.

Am i the only one who realised they changed the countries and the tracks? China is Monza in Italy, Brazil is USA, USA is Spain... I don't know if this is because copyright problems, but great game otherwise!! Also i think we need a minimap and some kind of mirror to see the loosers behind us

today's a rainy day in japan with in this race, lewis hamilton in the lead... and ooh what happens there? coulthard takes over... ralf on his heels.. and.. and... COULTHARD WINS! *interview, david takes his helm off* how does it feel winning here? "well, i have a kind of double feeling about it".. and that's when the 2nd head grew out of his shoulder.

A nice solid racer, though I find it annoying that no matter how much I put into handling, every other car can still take corners faster than I can. Usually only an issue on the really sharp turns but having to slow down or brake to make the turn while being passed easily is a bit frustrating to watch.
