Here's how you get the hard badge: You need to get a hole in 1 or a hole in 2 strokes every level except the par 5. This isn't as hard as it seems! You can quit a level part way through without losing your progress. So you take your shot (typically with an airboost and a power boost) and if you miss, quit, start round, select continue, buy your boosts, try again. this way you don't have to start all over if you screw up a level later in the game. One tip is that the boost to stop the ball mid air is very helpful. so you take a shot that will over-shoot and then stop it a few feet before the hole. it will still have spin and finish.

The game adds 5 seconds per stroke, so the key to getting this hard badge is low stroke count in addition to speed. Here is my plan. Play each level to try and get a hole in one or 2 shots. After each level, quit and practice the next round over and over until I'm relatively confident I can beat it in a couple strokes, and continue my previous game.

I really can't understand how time is measured here. I mean , I get the ball in when the timer is at let's say 39 secs, then run to the end and timer says roughly 44 secs but my total time later is 52 secs ? how and why ??

You can go back to the main menu and then continue your course to retry the hole you were on, although any power-ups that were used in your last attempt will be gone. Instead, if you refresh your page, you will keep your power-ups. Takes a little longer but saves you money. Immediately click End Now after sinking the ball as it will save you the time it takes to walk to the far right of the hole.

the power ups all having the same stupid timer on them makes the super run basically read as 50$: save 1 second. it's terrible design

I don't understand whre the total time comes from after each hole. like I clearly wasn't on that course for more than 30 seconds so why is my total time 40?

To get the hard badge use Airboost and Powerswing at the tee. Then superrun after the ball has landed. All holes can be finished in two shots. Some can be a hole-in-one. Every shot adds 5 seconds to your total time. Assuming 2 shots per hole, Stony Beach has to be under 28 seconds per hole on average. Restart the hole whenever you fail to go under the 28 seconds (except if you have time to spare).

Need hot keys for the powerups. I keep wasting them having to click with the mouse then having to use the mouse to swing etc.

The hit meter is very confusing. If I hit the max yellow mark I get a super shot, if i hit the 100% it barley goes anywhere. Same for putting. If I hit the 100% it over shots the hole. The meter needs better explaining.

Walkthrough for hard badge: Get Harry Quantum, the bouncing bonus rocks! You dont need all upgrades, i had only Hat, Shoes & Ball maxed, rest was lvl 4-5. Powerups: Get Superrun, Airboost & Powerswing for every level. Use Airboost & Powerswing always at start of level, then Superrun to run after the ball. Try to finish every level with 1-3 shots under par, you might even need 1-2 "hole in ones" at Stony beach! If your ball rebounds from a hill or lands in sand -> Press F5, and start that level again.
I know this playing style is annoying but i doubt there is an other way to the badge without cheating...

What is the purpose of an upgrading system when there's no progression involved whatsoever. All you do is play 2 different courses that are actually the same every round. To max out upgrades you'll probably have to play each course 20+ times. I bet nobody would find any more thrill after playing them five times. Let alone more. Neat concept and gameplay ruined by a pointless design.

Actually since the game penalizes you 5 seconds per shot you would need to complete each hole in 24 (3 shots) to 29 seconds (2 shots). So, pretty much you need to grind out all the upgrades and have full specials on every hole with no mistakes to have a chance.

Way to grindy. It shouldn't take 3 to 5 rounds to unlock the final item in 7 categories (21 to 35 playthroughs for the set!).

Hard achievement should be labeled Impossible. 9holes means 39sec per hole is what you need. With all the slow rolling of the balls until you even start moving etc this is such BS requirement. Ok game otherwise. 3 stars.

obviously the hard achievement doesnt count the time you take to get it in but the time the whole round lasts.. so if you dont click end early you have no chance at all and even if you do the little extra time you need each round can cost you the already ridiculously hard achievement..
