i was getting $85 per hour got all 3 cars got the best hotell and then went bankrupt...am i that bad to be able to ruin this guys life that was going so well?

bachelors should count as diplomas as well, eg got management bachelor, couldn't get any better job than janitor until i got 4th tier work hours

There's something slightly odd about a world where you have to work 15 hours as a janitor to apply for any other position.

Bug: At one point during level 7 I suddenly couldn't sleep anymore. I tried to leave the apartment, figuring I had to pay the rent, but then I couldn't get back in. I wound up going bankrupt because I got sick and couldn't pay my bills.
It would also be nice if there was a level select instead of having to restart from the first level.

Possible bug--several times now, I get a medical degree early, several friends, am working as a fast-food manager and have well over 400 in the bank...and then on the 7th day I fail because the game says I DON'T have a degree!! Because of this, I can't pass level 1. Fix please.

why do you guys keep asking for an unlimited mode? in less than the 30 days i easily got full relationship with everyone, the full medical degrees, the top paying job in the game, and bought everything i could. why would you want more time?

In free mod there must be unlimited days. Hmm... Good new features but you should add home upgrade more and what about adding personal upgrades? Like watch,clothes,hairstyles :D Click plus [+] if you agree with me!

I like the game a lot, but an unlimited day free play would be better than 30 days. Or even better, how about Mission Mode, 30 Day, and Unlimited?

Got 6th place of the day : ] I had like 15k in the bank, was the head of the hospital, another 3k in my pocket, everyone loved me and I had a sweet car. Went from a janitor to high living in three weeks. Oh if only life was this easy x D

I'm not really good at these games but this one is deffinatly better than the first one. It seems a little easier to do but still a challenge.

The free mode isnt really a free mode. Free should mean just that, there should be no limit to the number of days! if its a technical issue, then limit it to 100 or something! Free should mean free. its good though, not as hard as Daily life 1.

You should be sure to include an actual freeplay mode next time. One where there's no chance of loss or something. At least give us a 100 day thing. Secondly, look into a button or something that stops the bus. I've clicked some stuff on accident and the bus wouldn't stop if I clicked something else. Finally, give us some more depth to the peripheral charries. Do the traditional RPG route and have little text blurbs like in Elf Sim Date.

In comparison with the first part of this series this game rocks. In part one, I think, the tasks were too hard for a too little amount of time. This is a little bit like a reduced, free version of Sims, very nice. :)

Here is an idea for the third installment; Reduce the detail level even more! One button to make a year pass, then when pressed 70 times the "die" button gets active? My point: Life really sucks in headlines only mode.. peace and no thanks

While not exactly the most fun there is to be had on Kongregate, this game provides some enjoyable and somewhat lasting entertainment and is a good way to kill some time. Challenging at times without ever really being too difficult, it feels like a more complex game than it actually is. It has it's flaws but overall it's worth playing. I give Daily Life 2 a solid 4/5 stars!

Fun and original game! I played the first daily life back then, and this one is a real improvement. Loved the free mode and the extra features.
