My favorite tricks:
1) Golem
2) Prodigy
3) Gem resonance (multiplier by amount of mana gems) & Kelphior's black beam (instant collection on top void and with gem resonance)
4) 4x voids (void mana >6k) or perhaps even 5 voids (after 1 is fainting use it and get 5th in that place and you get ~½ extra void)
5) all spells cast at same time with 4x void
Only thing that is boring is gaining spell shards mainly with clicking (takes about the same time that 4 voids to get my current spells)...
Rinse and repeat...

THANK YOU for the spell shard changes. It made playing idle seem like nothing compared to activley clicking with an Auto clicker. I know people are gonna hate me, but 25 clicks/second is still too high imho. Should be 15, or 20 max. Right now, auto clickers still rule everything. Should not really be the case.

@toksin2: after spellhound reaches near lvl 50, it's possible to add Infernal Trasher to the mix and still maintain 1x fireball every 10 seconds.

well, that game is the best idle game i have ever played in this year. It is good to see some interesting games when there is same idle games everywhere.

Another update on the slow idle speed for background windows.
If it's in it's own window (not a tab) the speed is fine but the CPU use remains very high. To get around it, just wait until you have idle mode active then go offline. Idle time keeps moving at full speed when offline.

I use Firefox and have the slow running in background problem. It's only an issue with this game though and none of the many I've payed before.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
for the game running slow in the background it actually cause by your browser(likely chrome), chrome run background tab(also minimum window) at a lower rate to save up some CPU usage, there could be ways for a game to work around it.

Druid/Pixie - Wait for void mana, turn on autoclicker, cast all spells that increase production, buy upgrades and sources. Rinse/Repeat.

Yup idle time is broken if the game is not visible, i.e. not the active tab OR scrolled out of view. This used to be a problem with a number of idle games early on but most devs seemed to have figure out how to fix it so TwoWizards should be able to fix this easy?

Follow-up on idle time. It seems that idle time moves slower when the game window is not in focus. Could be me and my settings although it doesn't happen with other idle games.

Please fix your documentation. Not only are there no patch notes for massive changes, but the numbers in game don't line up. For testing, apprentice/golem at 120% and 5000% (potentially *33 for apprentice level) produce an 11000% (or 363,000%) bonus, whereas Demo/Daemo has an 84,100% bonus, but are currently getting 1/9th the income of the A/G combo. There's no way for this to work mathematically.

Well over an hour of idle is apparently less than 20% of 3 hours. At this rate it'll take 5 to 6 hours to get my 3 hour idle time done for Necromancer.

Interesting game, but plagued by some serious balance problems. The Golem is in all situations the best pet outside of maybe and this is a big maybe, unlocking the Arcanist. Passive spellshard regeneration needs to be significantly better across the board. Anything that discourages auto-clickers should be good, and the idle mode helps with that, but the fact that you barely regenerate mana without clicking is problematic.
I understand you want autoclicks from pets and spells to be valuable, I'd have those generate much more shards than they currently do. As it is, the Summon spells are across the board too expensive to be competitive.
Good work generally, though.

when you reach higher ranks the source of income like from the mana gem is like 0.5% from the hole.... and the story continues from the other sources... pls adjust this numbers...
2nd problem is the gaps between the upgrades ... on some they are close to each other and give a hught boost or my income... but there are upgrades that cost a lot (smashing boutons for 5 minutes and so on) but it isnt worth... there are some adjusment needed too....
its a nice game but for a great idle game it need some adjustment in my opinion

idle mode time seems to be bugged, I've leave the game idle for a few hours trying to reach the 3hour mark but it is only 30+% done.

@Xephan : Yes, i used this combo for spells & pet level achievements, for mana demon/golem is insane, but currently demonologist is higher unlocked hero for me

@Toksin2: nice find but it's not very effective at gaining mana. Good for trying to rack up spell cast for achievements I guess.

Something is off with the thing that counts how long I've been playing the game. I've been trying to change to "Prodigy", so I started a new game at noon. That means "Priodigy" should have been available to buy at midnight. It's 10 p.m. and I'm only 24 percent of the way towards being able to purchase "Prodigy". I'm not a scientist, but I should be about 90 percent of the way there. This, combined with the glacial pace at which the game moves means I'm going to have to unbookmark this game and just give up on it. People, please stop releasing games until they are ready to play. If you don't know if it's ready to play, then it's not ready to play.

2nd dont get me wrong the spell shard system is an awesome idea and i really like that part of the game what i dont like is the randomly hitting different spells I think it would be a good idea to have a way of targeting spell shards to a certain skill or spreading the skill shards equally across all selected skills rather than randomly. also since extra skills being selected also makes other skills fill up slower i think you should add a way to deselect a skill without adding a different one in its place for this purpose. All that being said I really enjoy the game and think it is a great concept that you could really do a lot with I hope you keep refining and adding this could be a new staple in the incremental/idle game community if you keep up the good work and build on what you have.

few annoyances that could be quelled to improve the game from my point of view. First the time requirement on some of the classes is a little overboard I do not see the point of a session time requirement to unlock classes as if those classes are worth using then you are basically forcing us to ignore the game for X amount of time and if they arent super useful then they arent worth waiting for and are somewhat pointless either way not really a good idea in my book i could see using overall play time as a requirement which wouldnt effect their use in subsequent runs but still require play time to unlock.

16.6t mana with 41.4k manual(lol) clicks after 5h (of it almost 3h idle) = 5 mysteries. im obviously very early in the game, just giving example of what to expect. so far happy with pacing, not too easy and can clearly see upcoming goals.

Please export the game via export feature and refresh the page to update to version 0.15d to ensure cloud save feature works correctly.

Got an interesting autocast combo. Demonologist+Spellhound, FireBall on autocast (if more than 1 spell, dont cast other). After ~25-30 spellhound level spell will autocast every 10-15 seconds and increase pet level so much

Still makes my browser run slower than stephen hawking, despite apparent bug fixes. Animations run full speed, takes seconds between clicks to register.

I want to share my expierence about mysteries. Some people write that they are bugged and other write that they works fine. So I've prestiged for the first time with 283.45 mysteries which is equal to +850.35% bonus. Mana gem gives 0.25 mana/sec without mysteries while now it gives 2.42 mana/sec. 0.25*9,5035 = 2,375875. But somehow my character started with 1.5K expierence which also increases production a bit. So I can conclude that mysteries works fine for me.
But I have noticed another bug about prestiging. It is said that once you meet a requirements for a character or pet, in the next time you will need only level. But it's true only for those pets which you choosed. I.e. I played for pixie and zombie, now I need only level for them. But demon who was also available but I didn't play for him now requires not only level but also circle of power. It is logical for character classes which you can choose only once per prestige but idk if there is a reason to do the same for pets.

cool game ..cant choose other characters even though it appears everything is complete? Also penalised in a way for clicking ..idle is better rates?

Really enjoying this. Haven't had any problems so far (luckily). Hopefully more features are going to be added. Solid work.
