This is a really neat game. I like it. Could use a little tweak here and there. I think a way to see your character's stats (def, strength, crit%, etc) is necessary, especially for crit. and spell time reduction. On the map, a way to tell if what you left is a key, gem, or potion. Maybe a little symbol of what the items left behind are. A way to speed up bomb attacks would be nice. And finally: different music for the merchant stall room. Atheistic, sure, but would be a nice little touch.

Spam magic to win is the name of this game... eventually I ended up being able to kill entire rooms without needing to move from the door. Auto-target + infinite range + earth drop spam = lol

Ok if you get stuck on the third boss, it's just because you use the spell Heal! if you don't use it during the battle with the boss you can continue your game!

The summon spell is pretty worthless. Massive cool down, the skeleton it summons is very slow, and it does not teleport with you when you change rooms.

A couple of suggestions if I may; On the mini-map would it be possible to put either an up arrow/down arrow or a letter U or D on the stairs for distinguishing between the stairs that go up to where you came from and down to the next level? This may not mean much to a lot of folks but it's the little things that matter to some. Also, unless I missed it, there seems to be no documentation on the map colors. What I have gathered is this: Light blue=player location, Dark Blue=items left in room, Yellow/orange=vendor/npc, Red=boss, Brown square indicates stairs, but no up or down like I mentioned before.

First off, the game is enjoyable. A couple of things that I noticed during gameplay that haven't already been mentioned (that I noticed anyway), A couple of minor glitches in the game when leaving a room at an angle sometimes will freeze the game with the character animation going but you are stuck in the room you are trying to leave (refreshing fixes this problem). Another problem is related to the other but when you try to attack monsters while on the very bottom edge of the map, sometimes spells do not hit them (both single target and multi target), I assume this is because of the game thinking there is an obstacle in the way.

Also, might be helpful if you have some kind of warning that when you click the menu button it quits your game instead of going to some kind of inventory or options menu.

How can you design a dungeon that looks exactly like the passages under the castle in A Link to the Past, including cracked mossy walls, and not let us blow them up with the bombs you give us?

Controls are a bit glitchy; namely shielding. Sometimes it holds the shield without my pressing space and is only deactivated by clicking elsewhere with the mouse or blocking an attack. Other times the shield doesn't work at all.
Great game; a bit too much grinding once you get to the 3 set of levels, and gems are worthless consequently. Also, kind of frustrating only 7 spell lots are allowed. I maxed everything and can't even use half of them easily.

fun game, sucks I got zombie boss down ( floor 11 ) to about 70% twice and he just bugged out and stopped attacking. Eventually got my cornered and neither of us would take damage.

very annoying glitch on the boss room of floor 11 where the boss would be invulnerable at ALL times, not attack, and just chase me around the room slowly. I wanted to see what would happen if I let him catch me. So he just pushes me as he walks around (still not attacking). Eventually, he trapped me in a corner of the room and I was completely stuck... had to restart my run :(

Agreeing with evrain, the shield is bugged. i block and i die basically :p please fix and + so the dev can see it.

Utterly bug ridden, to the point of unplayability.
If the game somehow screws up the I'm defending/I'm not defending logic, expect to NOT defend when pressing the spacebar and vice versa. I'm basically playing for the badges, then it goes back into oblivion.

it was glitch and when I started I went into the door way at the beginning of the game and then the screen went black and all I could hear is music and water dripping

There are no healing options, and that puts me at a disadvantage. I don't want to have to start over every 5 minutes.

i really liked it i didn't know that the spells didn't use up mana until towards the end and i noticed if you died the map layout would change i feel like there needs to be some kind of music when you're wandering around instead of just music at the battle scenes and also killing a boss you should be able to equip a special item of theirs like for the crab the claw for the skeleton a hat just for fun for the undead guy you could do like an outfit or eyes or something and for maji you should be able to equip his cloak or amulet i would love to see the series continued it seems like it would be fun and also i never had to worry about not finding enough keys buying the possiblility chance thing for the key wasn't necessary at all i always had 5 extra keys on me

Legend of Zelda anyone? Skeleton warriors, skeleton keys, the boss introduction screen, the way the character moves from room to room, the never-ending towers and dungeons built level on level and probably tons of other similarities I can't think of. Although this guy's magic is much better than Link's :).

yep Rizon the Dweller Lord seems to be a broken boss. Only blocks and nothing else. This game went from a 4/5 to a 1/5, done playing until it's fixed.

Enjoying the game but I keep getting stuck crossing rooms. My character just runs in place if you accidentally hit any buttons when crossing. Also, as mentioned, spells dominate this game!

Decent game. However your spell descriptions are not very good. Arctic Blast should say "Ice blasts outwards from the hero in each direction." or something like that. I though the spell would make some ice on the ground around me when I read it.
