Wonderful game. Fun and easy to learn controls, great story (although it doesn't pan out much in the game). Nice, simple graphics, and fantastic upgrade system. Although, now I am completely terrified every time I hear the word 'enforcer', great game. 5/5

Curious. Does this game actually end? I got all the way to 14 this time, and there's a degenerate strategy that can maximize your skills I believe, but if there's no actual ending I don't want to go that far.

Decent clone, interesting feature to reduce quality automatically.. but boy is it ugly.
Weapons are a little bit un-fun.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Overall good. I suggest not making the level up animation look like your ship is exploding. More weapon variety would also be nice, a la Bubble Tanks or Endless Zombie Rampage. Homing missiles which send bullets in a circle rather than a wave...a drone which automatically paralyzes close enemies every so often...random powerups...popup screens which describe the new enemy on the next level...different animations for critical and piercing...the ability to add fragments to any shot...the ability to buy wider spread...this could be a great game.

Everyone's asking for more health... but I think that would damper the difficulty by an extreme amount. I just died on stage 19 with a lvl 24 (farmed a bit). The lack of health made it much more challenging and a necessity of skill to avoid damage, not tank it.

Unless if it is intentional, health packs need to heal during frenzy. This bug makes the already sparse health packs even harder to acquire.

i don't know if it's my pc having trouble or if its the game but i cant see my cursor, and that way i can't really aim well

The only problem with this game is that there is no easy way to get health aside from not loosing any in the first place.

You know what I really hate? I hate it when I can't save in a game. I know the game is supposed to be challenging and that's okay, but I don't understand why I have to lose everything if I die once. That's not challenging, that's absurdly punishing.

Perhaps color the mouse? I love the game, but towards level 12+, I start losing my cursor :-( Lack of health makes it challenging, and upgrades are fun. Great game

there should be a skill where you auto heal every 2-5 seconds or atleast make it to whenever a heart drops from a tower it draws to you and make it to whenever you kill a tower theres always a heart

after a while of playing you will have alot of skillpoints left and very little hp so plz more hp boxes less point upgrade boxes

Its a good game, but you need to have a button that changes the quality so that it doesn't keep changing while your playing. Once it starts auto-changing the quality you can't concentrate on the over whelming enemies. But over all good game.

How about making the upgrade button 'q' or 'e'? I gotta take my eyes off the screen everytime I level up, and I don't know of anyone else that has three hands...

I think you should add a new mode where you can replay levels and save progress and then you could just call the original mode survival mode

this isnt that a good game at the moment but this game looks like with a bit of help and time this game could get better upgrades and better missions and a story line that you can play and a shop maybe. there are just so many things that could be added to this because its such a good start to a great game. but without any updates this game will just be plain boring because theres no sense of exitment because every lvl is just bases creating mini machines with no story line to follow.

While others like the auto-lag-compensation, i have been screwed by it multiple times. In those seconds where swift action is required, it doesn't help to have the quality change to low and speed up the enemies.

an idea for you, every time you kill an enemy you get 1 hp back, or every level you get a lil bit more hp back. or 1 hp for weakest enemy and 10 for strongest, some ideas.

Yes, maby I was a bit too harsh to say it's useless. It's not totally useless, especially with Frenzy, but upgrading it to max is not wise. I also keep firing with main gun all the time, but the damage it deals per bullet is just too small on later levels. Bases gets harder to destroy on each level, so you should rather concentrate building up skills that deals big damage in as short time as possible (Laser, Shockwave). Destroying the bases as fast as possible is the key for surviving.

I dunno. The main gun is pretty awesome with max Accuracy and FireRate. I do believe that special weapons are the key to this game.
Anyways, it seems the health and upgrades takes some time to disappear even after you proceed to next stage and when you restart after death.

With 30 points in Laser, Shards and Shockwave compined with 1 point in Frenzy you shoot (6*140) = 840 bullets/shards + 2 beams in ~6 secs. Each bullet/shard/beam deals a lot more damage than a bullet from the main gun which can only shoot 6*(8*(8+(0.6*8))) = 614 bullets in 6 secs (with same 30 points in Firerate, Burst and SplitterShells). Also note that Laser+Shockwave blasts 140 bullets+2 beams+140 shards right away at the start of a level, not just 12,8/shot as with main gun. In short: the main gun is useless.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Note that Accuracy also increases damage of all special weapons (Laser, Shards, Shockwave, HomingMissile etc.). The main gun is useless compared to the damage the special weapons can cause in a single shot. So upgrading Burst is total waste of points and also you should only put few points to Firerate to get some movement speed. Note also that farming to get more exp is counterproductive as stated by developer of the game. Criticals only affects enemies, not bases, so it's not helping much when the most important thing on each level is to destroy the bases as fast as possible.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
agree if you like this game but 1) died one too many times from sticking keys 2) lost health while spending 1 sec to press buttons for laser/frenzy/teleport and 3) lost health at the beginning of levels when you spawn on top of a base
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
theres not enough health & it depletes far too quickly. Make it so that much more enemies drop health & after each completed level u gain 15-25 health back. & maybe add a shop where u can buy health, maybe 15 health per point?

I ran a different strategy making it to lvl 22. This build is centered around utilizing the effectiveness of criticals by maximizing bullet coverage. Lvl generally in this order: Burst, Shockwave, Critical, Firerate, Siege, Splittershell, Pierce. DO NOT UPGRADE ACCURACY. I noticed that whereas the enemies can continuously get stronger, your attack is maxed at 8 and your field of fire is also reduced by ACC, thus hampering your effectiveness. IMO Accuracy is a harmful skill! Killing the enemy with criticals is much more effective than constant shooting down healthbars.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Got to stage 29 with this build:
1. one point in each Accuracy, Pierce, Laser, Burst and Shockwave
2. one point in both Firerate and Frenzy
3. one point in each Shards, Knockback, SplitterShells and Siege
4. maximize both Laser and Shockwave putting one point in both at each level up
5. now, first maximize Shards, then Accuracy and finally Siege
6. put three points to Firerate to get some speed for dodging fast enemies
7. maximize Pierce
8. one point in HomingMissiles and maximize MissileBurst
Strategy:
At the end of each level before going to a next one, remember to wait until Laser, Shockwave and Frenzy are all reloaded. At the beginning of a level shoot your special weapons right away and try to destroy as many bases as you can. First blast Shockwave and aim Laser at as many bases as possible in a line. Then start Frenzy to speed up the reload time of Laser and Shockwave for new mass destruction.
