For all those complaininge: look when the game was programmed! Bam! this was well ahead of the times - lots of "undefined'" games were! And yes, I am a fan ;)

After about 20-30 minutes of solid effort I have finally decided not to even bother with trying any longer since I've already earned this week's Kongpanion and its 'Shiny' verison. 3/5.

Moreover, the levels are far too long and you waste all your time if you don't beat the level. And the increase in difficulty wasn't poorly conceived, it's simply not contemplated at all. Fighting a guy with 500 health points (and then 4 more after) is upwards of 3x more difficult. Really, really poor end game. The developer mailed it in. Made me quit as it became a grind. Rating down to 2/5. Good start, but a long way to go to make it a decent game.

A pretty good start to a game, but some major flaws. The concept of selling in the store gets old way too quickly for it to be viable. I do find myself needing energy and rampage way more than everything else, which devalues the rest. Some levels I win with losing 10-15% of health, the next level I lose 95% - so the incremental difficulty is deeply flawed. The upgrades were poorly thought through. 3/5, but could have been more. Great early try, if this was the first attempt at this type of game.

@Webaspider Great you were right, I got the easy badge now... I'll tell you I had lots of rage a moment ago unfortunately I couldn't use any of it in-game

This game sux, I struggled through 2 battles to only find it impossible to win the 3rd... the game is very boring and one cannot obtain enough rage to attack sufficiently because its so random and luck based

The most powerful spells are the storm spells, and sneak attack, you can clear the board of whatever you need mana of, damaging the enemy in the process, then attack several times, I finished the last level under 100 hp below my max, whilst doing nearly 500 damage a turn, and with the 2 turns you get for every opponent turn, and the little bit of regen I'd picked up, it wasn't too hard. It was a nice little victory lap after getting past the challenges the game had to offer

After coming across that wizard (the shop owner), Papa Louie doesn't seem SO bad. At least Louie didn't leave me with a 30k loan @ 180% A.P.R. on top of running the shop. But then again, killing werewolves > making tacos for fat guys, so, yeah...

It's possible to double the effects of the secret linty mentioned; make sure you have enough rage for 4 attacks, and use Sneak Attack before attacking the first and third times, with a weapon that will kill in one shot. You'll kill it twice per Sneak Attack use, but it requires a lot of Rage and at least 20 stored Poison Gems.

linty (11.Aug, 2013): "If you kill an enemy on the first move of your turn and click the attack button again afterward you can kill the same enemy a second time for more loot!" Yeah nice, but you can extend it futher if you use a combo of 4 directly after the second kill. :)

that darn longsword
I am now making a new chuck Norris joke
Chuck Norris managed to sell that longsword and did it as a mint

I broke the game! I lost to the unholy temple final boss and went back into the temple, and then a default white bare human model showed up. [near the final boss sprite]

For easy mega combo achievement just set up a chain from the bottom to the top leaving one odd colour in, then use a spell on the odd colour to set it off. Best done on level 1 with high armour and health.

It would be nice if you could buy food. I have purchased everything and now money has no use, just farming levels for food now and that is slow.

Unholy Temple is no fun. Use Ice Storm, Fire Storm, Planned Assault, Warlord, Midas Touch and the highest damage per attack weapon you can find, regardless of mana / damage ratio. Nymph's Spellbook was the winner for me.

What kind of wizard takes out a mafia loan with 182.5% APR? He has to have a credit rating in the negatives.... I'm betting he's got a serious addiction, and he went on a trip to avoid getting his kneecaps broken.

I have no idea how many times I've had to obtain the orc shield, but because the game isn't saving correctly, it's "Many." Each time I reload, it's gone again.

Also, in response to Minotaur44, if you get the total loot value for each enemy above 100, you are guaranteed to get that "Loot Gained" animation. So... get 100 loot total, get the enemy's health down to less than one strike, then kill them on your first turn, then attack again when it cycles to your second turn for double loot!!

Finally, I defeated the "Realm of Chaos", however, when I got back to home base it just says "Nothing special is happening today"... nice to see the town really interested in my elite quest to defeat the ultimate evil causing peril across the lands...

There's a glitch involving Midas Touch when it changes the gems into fire gems. These gems don't combine with other fire gems by swapping or by using Create Fire. Once you finally manage to combine the gems, a fire gem will show up on the upper left part of the screen.

A couple of UX options are needed: Display of how many chests total you've collected; display of how many enemies are left when adventuring; and generally better inventory management in order to sort and to see what consumables can be used. Other than the difficult UX though it's a fun and balanced, and decently polished, game.

It would be nice if the items had categories (reagent, treasure, etc) included in their descriptions. It's sometimes difficult to figure out which items I need to put up on days with bonuses to selling certain categories.

game takes forever to change/check equips..apart of this very big issue the concept it's nice, a bit repetitive but nice.

That mage took loan of 30,000 gold in my name for himself and with DAILY COMPOUND interest? I'm gonna sue the bastard!
