It would be nice, when a game recieves this much attention, that the creator actually implements some changes that are suggested like the ones on the top comments box.

solid improvement, very nice work. hotkeys would still make it so much easier. upgrading can get tedious, especially with having to click specifically on the x. maybe just clicking on another unit would bring you to their box? or hotkeys for changing between heroes... #1-6 for placing units, one for each... things like that would make the experience much more smooth imo.

Never use scrolls to reset your skill points, they said they take away a little experience but they actually take away alot

Bugs:
Sometimes two of the units of the same type have vastly diffrent damage outputs even if they aren't upgraded anyway. I had a scavenger do 19 dmg and another in the same wave and also not upgraded do over 80 dmg.
I used a potion that adds 200 exp on a new hero. After that I used the memory wiper, to get rid of two points in useless talents. I ended up with zero points, zero exp and needing 100 exp for the first level.
Looks to me as if there is something very wrong with the way variables are stored.

It's an absolute travesty that that horrible Elephant game is gonna steal your 'best of the month' award. I can't begin to express how much that game sucks. And yet, it instantly became the #1 rated game on the whole site.... wtf.

The only downgrade ive seen in this game compared to any of the other games is elements are no longer related to special abilities. Poison no longer causes a dot and such.

Love this game I give it 5/5. I have been playing so long my board is covered with pins! That being said, I do see a few little quirks that hopefully can be left out of 5. 1. If there are 2 identical U bends and you put one barbarian at the start of each, and they are identically upgraded, one can kill instantly while the other leaves a bit of health behind (they were mushrooms). 2. Can we be less random with the unit change scrolls? I have spent 10K just trying to get a ranged weapon for one hero. 3. If you have 2 identical units placed exactly across from each other, and therefore the mob should be attacked by both simultaneously, it doesn't, one side always hits first. When it is insta-killing it gets all the experience which can mess up a battle layout. Love the games keep em coming!

If you find the game too hard, pick a 5 wave level and run it over and over. You can grind experience pretty quickly this way. You also boost the faction score each time, so you can easily max out any faction with a 5 wave level.

Finally beat the game! I see a lot of comments asking when more shops come out. I'm not exactly sure when they come out, but I unlocked all of them (and there is a lot) just by completing the storyline quests. Upping your reputation with a faction doesn't give you their shop, it raises the damage those certain mercenaries (is that the right word?) do when you use them. Fun game by the way, I enjoyed the 12 hours I "wasted" on it :P

Finally figured it out. The council of magi quests looked like they had been completed because of the glow around it, but one of them hadn't.

I can't seem to unlock any stores besides coastal coins. I've completely many storylines and my character is about level 30.

Fantastic game, Undefined! Kudos to you!
Meanwhile:
-Points into Elemental don't seem to help archer units. I've not tried with melee units.
-Live damage reporting by units against unarmored units would be nice to see in the upgrade screens
-Keyboard shortcuts to upgrade units and cancel the upgrade screen would be helpful, less stress on my mouse hand!
-I'd REALLY like to see the elemental STRENGTH of incoming units as an icon, instead of their weakness. Perhaps a split icon? Strength on top, weakness on bottom?
All in all, just as addictive as the rest of the Protector series, even going back to Defender!

I think you should have a look on the names of the soldiers you can put out.
I just got a skirmisher named Harry Potter, which obviously should have been a wizard name.
It's a minor one, just wanted you to know :)

All the flags on the map can be very chaotic. It would be nice if you could toggle ON/OFF certain types of quests like normal/storyline, complete/incomplete, different factions and levels with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 waves

One major bug I noticed is you can buy anything from the store or even fund an exploration for free. It happens whenever you purchase something, and then click menu and continue. Your gold that you just spent goes back to you and you also keep the item you just purchased.
