Sidd this game isn't hard.. just read the weaknesses and some maps pure warriors/archers own and some maps pure mages. and don't spam units make strong ones, it's all about experience and upgrades.

i have to change my rating. the difficulty on this is just too hard. for the last 3 weeks i have been stuck with 10 levels defeated. i have tried changing up my skill sets every day. nothing. i just cannot defest the last 2 "medium" levels no matter what. hard is one thing...3 weeks of trying the same 2 levels without getting any closer or even having a clue as to what strategy i should use...not fun. time to remove this from my favorite list and never play it (or any other protector) sequels again.
here is a tip...if you lose the same level 800 times or more...how about you throw us a bone about how to defeat it rather than just say "scientists say you should never call someone a loser"

They got rid of the alchemists palidins and necromancers! The skills from the palidins are still there but not the necromancer that sucks!

Please Heaven, there is enough junk mail that comes in my inbox and spam garbage and pop ups and so on and so on....why do you feel the need to contribute to this ignorant abusive behavour?

BUG: When you take the general Indomitable skill ( +5 lives ), to the not so vast forest (one with 10 waves were you only get 1 life), you only get 4 lives instead of 6. Please fix.

Completed the game, the late end-game is not challenging enough as I cleared almost all the hard maps with single variety - archers except for a few mage if there's flying mobs among the early waves.
Defeated the final map with 8 archers and 2 cold mage (for early flying mobs)

there's bug in Elemental Forests map in normal difficulty. if u build a mage at certain spot (top part) the damage get massive and it practically does 1 hit ko in early game. Not sure if it's bug though.

For whatever reason I am really struggling with the Medium Level Curious Stones... Any vague tips on that one? I've finished 17 levels, including a few hard ones... The Curious Stones are tricky!

lol great game, it keeps me entertained throughout the game, starts out easy then gets harder, and it actually makes you think, like where to place your warriors and mages, and what you should create them into so they can dish out the most damage.

1/5 i dont like it...obviously...but its only because the fact that there isnt any variation...its warrior or mage...thats boring

as i understand it...for example, say both mages do 20 damage, but the enemies have 30 hp. this means the mage who shoots first does 20 damage, but the second does only 10, but gets credit for the kill...

One criticism: on certain maps (Stonefield Border for example) when equivalent units (ie. two base mages) are placed in seemingly equivalent positions (in the Stonefield Border example, if you place two mages in the front/center position) at the same time, they don't level evenly. In my attempts at Stonefield Border, those mages (after wave one) have experience of 31.2 and 7.8 respectively. I understand that experience is based on damage dealt, but if both mages are firing at the same time, it seems that equivalent damage should be dealt by each. Just my opinion. Thanks for the great, challenging game!

This version seems to be much more difficult. Im enjoying it tremendously.
Several nice interface improvements over the first protector. More strategic planning required, rather than just spamming basic mages. Could use a mid-wave pause button for when the phone rings. 5/5

I really like this game. I like the ability to upgrade skills. I like how you specify a mage's and warrior's specialty (i.e. fire, cold, etc.) after they level up for the first time. I think this game was pretty challenging, which is good. I wish the "Incoming Enemies pop-up would display how many enemies there are in the wave. I also wish the wave information that appears when you click on the wave number towards the bottom would display all the info from the "Incoming Enemies" pop-up. I had an issue where it sometimes wouldn't work to place multiple mages and warriors, by holding the Shift key, during a wave.

I wish it was easier to tell the difference between your different level mages and warriors without having to click on them individually. I also wish it were easier to see the difference between the mages' and warriors' specialities (i.e. Criticals, Concecrate, Debuff, Slow) without having to click on them individually. I wish there was a pause button during waves, even if it wouldn't allow you to adjust your defense. I like the Speed Up and Slow Down buttons. Overall, this is a really fun game that I wasted way too much time on. 5/5

Can anyone give me a clue on how to beat the Forgotten Bridge?
There's no experience available to level up anyone with.
