i think this could be an unbeatable cheap force...... spider tanks and flak tanks, flak will handle the air units or sometimes help the spider tanks and the spiders will attack the ground units, and they both only cost 250 and 240 RLY cheap, a good force!

a good strategy for maps with sea: draw a land line wich holds of the enemy and drives them back
meanwhile you clean the sea
when the sea is clear beginn to produce battlecruiser
when the enemy is back pushed retreat and repair
than attack them with the battlecruisers they have the longest range

why is hard so freakin insane? all n. fed. units kill the akadian counterparts with ONE hit? wtf??? but its still a good game 5/5!

protip: a strike commando will beat a heavy commando despite the cost difference (because the the strike commando deals light damage and commandos have light armor) all the recent comments are protips now :p

protip: if there are no jammer trucks near the war machine, then the war machine is extremely verlurable to stealth tanks

protip: raptors are great at taking out commandos, while scavengers are great at destroying swarms of weakened commandos

protip: don't use the war machine as any tank even if it's out of ores, because then your enemy can destroy it and you lose (of crouse, you can do this if you have more than one war machine

3) First builds for the land-based warfactory for myself was annihlator, rocket, annihlator, and then rocket. Focus on the small island up north. You will need the ore to keep going.
4) Raptors are your friends. Save the ones you have. When you build the annihlators, the comp builds bombers. You need raptors to take them out.
Alright, have fun boys and girls. This last mission was a pain.

Just beat lvl 10 on hard. Got a few tips:
1) Move one of the warmachines to the coast (preferably the one on the right - in 2 turns can get to coast, 3 turns to the ore patch). You may need hunters to get rid of subs and control the sea. Try not to use hunters when they send fleets of bombers though because bombers kill them with one shot.
2) Use the stealth tanks you start with as screens. if you put them in a row or at a chock point while they are cloaked, enemy units will reveal them but won't attack them. They need a second ranged unit, which hopefully you kept the tanks out of the way from.

Best defense on the last level is your $400 planes. They block the ground units so you can pick them off with your ranged units/warmachine

Great game but isnt quite as good as Advance Wars but then again this is a "Free Flash game" so very well done with this game, pretty funny too heh.

The battalion series has ended! All who agrees that the series must continue rate this comment high. Since urbansquall said he is finished with battalion, We need another person to continue the battalion games Unless urbansquall wants to continue the series.This great game musn't end.
