Mmm'kay. I would like to know how I got over-ran when I only had 1 incursion, and even though most of my guys just got slaughtered in an instant, I was sending out another 4 point gunner. Instant loss? I think not. Hideous amount of lag and unresponsive controls too. Good game this ain't.

As someone not familiar with squad games. This game seems to have a pretty steep learning curve. And yes, I'm here for the badge of the day.

this game doesn't get bad comments because it's old. it gets bad comments because it's defective. i should've have to play it over again because stats won't track right and i didn't think i'd have to snap a screenshot for the easy badge. and i was over halfway to medium badge too. it's also dreadfully overdone and needlessly complex, with no progression curve as far as learning how to play. yes, that's kinda how it was done back in the 70's and early 80's, but that's not what we expect of games now. try again.

Why is this getting bad comments, Oh wait it's badge of the day. This is from 2008 and I still like playing this, this game is supposed to be hard and unfair, this isn't COD or Battlefield.

An infantry member with a morale of 49 and the only thing he' fighting with is his pistol. I wonder why he's so happy.

I love how all the negative comments fail to see it's an old game. I don't like it either, but come on, its last update was in 2008. The game's within that year's scope.

That feeling of relief when you see that you've already earned this badge and don't have to play this awful game again.

The hard part for me was getting the badge to be awarded. There didn't seem to be an end to the game. Unfortunately, after doing nothing, and waiting for the game to end, I was one kill short of getting the medium badge.

Your tactic doesn't work. I placed 50 cal platforms 6 at most and by wave 35 some mortars come and destroy everything!!!

An easy way to get the hard badge:
1. Buy .50 cal platforms until you have six men.
2. Once you can afford a platform and you are at six men, sacrifice your non-platformed soldier and place the platform. If you go over six, airstrikes will start and one-shot your platforms.

I enjoy getting random bazooka troops from airdrops...I could get a sniper, or another medic, or even a support gunner! But nah, BAZOOKA DUDE WHO MISSES ALL HIS SHOTS, THATS WHAT I REALLY WANT.

@visivat Each American soldier is also equal to about four German soldiers, when historically, the Americans were about equal or inferior. Just gameplay mechanics, I guess.

Theres no way a sherman could ever take out a tiger tank in one shot. In WW2 it took 5 shermans surrounding a tiger to kill it and it still killed most of the shermans. All in all its still a good game but not always historically accurate

1.one cover should provide morale temporary
2.cover bonus should increase
3. due to only the upper torso head and arms being exposed
4. rocket launchers should be more power than grenade not less
5.flamethrowers should have a higher ignitition chance
6.m3 at guns should take longer to turn but much more accurate espically at close range were they can shoot behind itself

2 m3 anti tank guns miss twice at a german pak 38, pak 38 one-shots m3, remaining m3 misses again, pak 38 one shots m3
