The only problem with this is that if you switch, for example, your cathedrals from Smite to Train, expected losses can go up. It could just ignore that, or calculate losses as if all such buildings were switched off.
Phoenixes kill enemies in battle, as many as is needed for your archers/ents to finish them off. e.g. If you have 5,000 archers and 50 phoenixes, you can kill up to 10,000 enemies, because each phoenix can kill sqrt(10,000) = 100 enemies. If there are between 5,000 and 10,000 enemies, a portion of your phoenixes will be used, and if you have more archers than there are enemies then no phoenixes will be used

How about an upgrade that allows you to buy one commodity through Trade Posts while selling another? Also, to Caravan one item to orcs and another to elves at the same time. Orcs need both wood and stone input and can only farm one at a time, meanwhile to actually get achievement points Elves need to be fighting Phoenixes but need Books...

bug: elves aren't allowed to fight anything except for the first enemy for some reason. After I beat the enemy that gives stone for the first time, I switched enemies, which went to the first enemy instead of the next one for some reason, then I was unable to get off said first enemy.

I don't think paladins are as bad as everyone's making them out to be. I agree that they should probably be buffed, but they definitely have their uses... well, they definitely have 1 use at least. If you get enough of them and you have a couple cathedrals, then by switching the cathedrals from making paladins to having paladins kill enemies, they can be far more useful than the small amount of additional power they give you would suggest... they should still be buffed, though.
Caves shouldn't affect how many orcs you gain/lose per tick. Perhaps you switched the production on your strongholds so that they are no longer multiplying your adobes?

paladins seem a bit underpowered. While knights give 5 power, paladins give 6? Those holy books aren't that easy to come by, yo :O

sometimes fighting (especially auto) will just not work for me :I eventhough my timer is 0, nothing happens when i click attack or auto. happens from witches upwards, was not able to defeat orcs yet because of that (my strength should be high enough as well)
Perhaps you don't have enough soldiers? If you hover your mouse over the enemies, the tooltip will tell you how many soldiers you will lose if you fight them. If you have fewer than that many soldiers, you can't fight.

Very enjoyable idler, nice job. TIP: There is a small bar at the top that will eventually lead to other areas. Took me a little while to notice it.

@dwakeling: even if you have ogres, you don't have to lose orcs, because the champions have a higher priority than the ogres, and the ogres don't fight unless they have to. I think the hydras act first too, but I'm not sure.

I think that overall, its a good game. I would suggest buffing something with the stone on humans, its pretty hard to keep up that production. also, the meat with orcs is to hard to manage, you dont get enough to facilitate the strongholds. I do like it, probably my second favourite idle game :)
Having more ogres will never increase your losses. Ogres are applied after champions, hydras and towers, and they only kill as many of your own orcs as is necessary to kill all the enemies. e.g. if there are 10,000 enemies and you have 5,000 champions and a billion ogres with 3 forts: Champions will kill 5,000 enemies, leaving 5,000. Ogres will then kill the remaining enemies and 1 of your own orcs per 5 enemies, so you will lose 1,000 orcs.

Increasing lumber mills decrease farms production, which is dumb. Also, increasing homesteads only reduce farms production by 1, while building forests decreases by (lumber mill multiplier)

A change log so I can see if there is an update without either resetting or getting to the end.(checking achievements and buildings).

replying to ur latest notice: http://prntscr.com/c9nn8l hydra description explicitly mentioned about killing enemies "BEFORE" battle just like trebuchet, and about archers, ok if it was meant to battle just like champions, where's the power for elves? just like human?

I was able to buy a horse mill before the stable, my food got the bonus. When i finally got horses they still started at 0 instead of some negative number. Pretty good idle game so far; unfolding very nicely.

would be good if phenix (and other minions) kill enemies^(1/2) shows also how many enemies and if this is dps or when fight, im confused

I just got to the orcs a little bit ago and I'm having difficulties telling the difference between mud and blood (red-green colorblind). It's not that big of a deal, but it would be nice if you made them slightly different shapes when you happen to have some spare time.

how did archers and hydra works? wasn't they were suppose to work like human's trebuchets? the enemy doesnt reduced on numbers during countdown to 0

It would be nice (I'm still beggining so I don't know if it will happen) if as you build your structures the scenary of the kingdom improves with it

Elves have a bug. It says it uses fruit to miltyply sapling and glaves production, meanwhile it's actually using seeds.
Buildings that increase the production of other buildings also increase their consumption, effectively multiplying how many of those buildings you have. So increasing glade production will also increase the consumption of seeds. e.g. if you have 50 glades and 5 gatherings set to 'Cultivate', you will use 300 seeds and produce 300 saplings per tick.

Some way of reducing the timer between fights would be nice. Not 'early' early, but starting somewhere in the middle of elves might be a good place. Not just saying that 'because' I'm currently mid-elf neither. ;}

Combat, and Trade Posts could really do with a better UI, cycling through so many different options feels really clunky.

i meant the normal attacks of ^1/2 pale when you unlock stuff that does dmg per second. and also paladins are just plain not worth upgrading if they only give 1 more might more than knight
I agree on both counts. Paladins will be buffed at some point. As for towers/ents, remember that their effect can be multiplied by strongholds/chapels. Also, eventually I will add more ways to get achievement points, which will allow you to significantly reduce the fight cooldown, therefore making things that do damage every second relatively weaker.

if you killed e.g. 1 million demons. 1 million should be unlock on all enemies and not have to spend 20 mins to reach 1million on other battles

@thickmilkshake Ents don't kill per second, they only attack when they can win - basically they add sqrt(enemyCount) to the number of archers you have, so you'll still need Hives or Druids to get the count low enough your Ents and Archers can win.

With buildings that multiply production (such as the Shrine for Orcs), production is still multiplied even if you don't have the required resources. Example: I have 3 Shrines, 0 blood but my mud production is still multiplied by 3.

100 trebuchet kills the square root of enemies*100. so when u fight 10000 enemies it kills 10000. so yes all. but when u fight 1.000.000 enemies it kills only 100.000 enemies. so the higher number of enemies the less % of them that gets killed and so acctualy trebuchet gets worse with time.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@aloe111 it's the square root of a number. 90000^1/2 is 300. As in 300*300 is 90000. (needed my gf to clear that one up for me:P)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
what exactly does it mean when you say it kills enemies^1/2. I assuming it means when you fight 10000, 100 will die. so when you have 100 trebuchet does it mean all enemies die?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For offline gains u could use double rewards from battle to not mess up resource production. Could start with double rewards for 1 fight every 1 min offline and option to improve it once u add more achivement points.
