Under rating threshold (show) Also the reason the kill messages say undefined and the dialog is undefined is due to the game requiring a XML file with the dialog. I'll try to fix it if I can.

For now though just press the fifth undefined button-thing during dialog.

Under rating threshold (show) I guess S is probably more comfortable since it's closer to A and D but it might be a problem for people that have big fingers.
