Does anyone else have the problem where if you die in conquest attempt then load a save, the city becomes yours even though you died or lost in conquest? Has been a problem for me, I want to actually win not just automatically get every city even if I lose.

For anyone wondering the issue with capturing a place even if you die is part of the ruffle player. The only way around it is to play it at Newgrounds using their player

Does anyone know if there's a way to fix, or play without, the bug where losing a battle still gives you the town? Even reloading a save doesn't seem to fix it for me.

It's still a classic game after all this time, and offers a very different experience to Feudalism 3. Although both games are often quite practical to solo, in fact... now I think about it, it's been years since I didn't just solo-fight most of the game. Whoops?

Is there any way to play with a custom character anymore, or has that just not been a thing since arcade town took their version down?

For those curious about how to play Feudalism II post-Flash with the SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0002/7459/live/F_101k.swf?kongregate_game_version=1227343688 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here. As a tip for this game, similar to the first game, start off by building up your cash through simple errands from one nearby city to the next until you can afford decent equipment and a sizeable army, then conquer nearby cities to access more powerful units and even better weaponry.

Kirety if u own the city then why bother doing quests anymore u could just take over the next city and so on and so forth lol(unless u're talking about the first city that u do rule dialogue,in which case I'm sorry for being a dumbass lol XD)

Beat Nagoya's champion with no army on my side. Diana with Katari is way too overpowered, any army will go down no matter how strong and you barely even need to drink a potion lmao

For anyone stuck on the Far East one shot katana's. Take of your armor and use keep drinking tons of potions. The damage of the one shot abitlity is based on the amount of armor you have!

You don't actually have to defeat the leaders in duels you just have to fight them. A good thing too because I can't seem to do anything other than move with the arrow keys :X

For the hard badge: I like how, technically, if you take over the lands, you ARE the leader, so when you inevitably die to the champion, you get the credit. Nice touch, and useful when I face the guy who one-shots me constantly, even with my weapon-relevant skills almost at 100

To add to Kerbas_ad_astra's comment, start with easy difficulty, select Edgar and when game starts click on city hall then fight town champion one vs one and wait. Thank you for the tip Kerbas.

The original text for the easy badge before you earn it CLEARLY DOES say you have to do it in a single hit. Quote: "Man up and have your hero take 100 damage from a single hit". Just because you can not read doesn't make it somebody else's fault.

An advice for all those who are trying to obtain the "There Can Be Only One" badge: you do not actually need to defeat the capitals' town champions, just engage them in a duel. Then, the badge will count them, even if you haven't defeated them.
