Insomnia can lead to some rather interesting things. It just so happens that in this case I dug out quite a bit of lava... and by quite a bit, I actually mean all of the lava above the center of the earth, and quite a bit below it.

SPOILER ALERT: Was kinda surprised at how you could dig through lava... everything seemed to have a little bit of realism up until that point. I also found it cool that the gravity changed so that you couldn't dig further than the center of the earth.

Fun little time-waster. 4/5. I LOL'd at some of the artifact descriptions. I liked the added challenge of planning shots in advance - sort of like billiards. I will second p0x0rz comment about the immediate "end day." Good game, looking forward to the sequel...

WARNING SPOILER ALERT: my expectation in diggy 2 diggy will mine his way out out of that core then try to make his way back to earth

When i saw this i tought sigh.. another digging game. Motherload was enough, but this was actually pretty nice and some new interresting gameplayideas. I wanted to go past the center of the earth and out on the other side though :(

Fun game, I really enjoyed it! I like the different 'levels'/'stages' of upgrading, but I wish you could upgrade more than just drill+battery+radar. Perhaps some upgrades that help you return to the surface, such as jump height, run speed, and perhaps a double jump? Just a couple ideas. Looking forward to your future projects!

Either this is a universe where everything is freakin HUGE (200 metre tall telegraph poles, seriously? ) Or you have no idea what a metre is. 50 metre tall life forms do not move around with this much agility

Needs a key binding for radar or a different key closer to the arrow keys. It is not user friendly to have to take hand from arrow keys to cross keyboard to use E all the time.

You have to build a strategy to get to the top (by doing diagonal drillholes), that's understandable, but the control of the character seems kinda odd, specially the drop of fps.

Would be handy to have a mini map to see our tunnel networks and areas missed. Also would be great to have extra upgrades that enable easier tunnel navigation, ie copter blades, higher jump, sticky feet ...etc Addictive game :-)

I played this game a few times, and the only thing i didnt understand was the point of the 3rd drill upgrade. I'm paying 2000 for 150 some odd efficency for 2x the energy. Now i'm only digging about 75% of the way?? Not well math'd together. 4/5 good game. I'm probably gonna play it a third time and try a new strategy
Well, actually each big upgrade make your weapon a bit worse than previos, but after next small upgrades with low price it becomes much better. This is "saw-like" balance.

The only reason I can't give this game a five is because of how incredible tedious it is to try to get back to the surface when the play control is so poor. When the frame rate drops, it becomes a very annoying challenge. Why not just change that feature to be a second battery when you hit some key or something?

An aspect I found interesting and challenging was trying to dig as deeply as possible on the first charge, yet still make a tunnel that I could scale back to the top. It's like a platformer where you are creating your own maze.

Beat it without ever being aware of the 'going to surface to recharge' and without the fifth tier upgrade for the radar, I've got lucky to corral him on the extreme lower right of the map, he was under me, so I fell down right on his head. Just then I saw the upgrade to slow him down. Would be nice to dig to the 'other side' of the earth, passing by the center the game should 'flip' and we could dig back up into Asia.

The weird thing about this game is why the dynamite upgrades are so expensive... beat the game with only one upgrade bought.

Such a great game. No pressure or anything about coming back up or having a time limit. I need more games like this in my life.

This game is great, getting up steep tunnels is difficult but it is easily avoided. The gameplay is great, and i live how you aren't pressed for time, there isn't a day limit so i can take as many as i like, and i love the giant objects that you can find.
