While I wouldn't have played if it weren't for the badge, I did find the game somewhat enjoyable. There was a decent difficulty level for the most part, especially finding the key on level 2. However, both bosses were unbelievably easy - with either one, all you need to do is stand in a spot where the boss is offscreen and shoot where you think their head is.
All in all, this game is of high quality in comparison to other flash games, yet it could use improvements.

I like thing-thing 3, Well I love graphics because of my character, I love him he's so cool. lol. The game was simple, killing enemies is not necessary, Just run to the exit. The game must have a Headshot System, to kill these 578368 enemies with one bullet on their heads with cool bang bang bloody effects. Well its pretty easy. But for the thing-thing 4 I'm waiting for very very better or i'll be very dissapointed. 3/5.

2/5. Musics sucks, control sucks, sounds sucks, there is no strategy or technique to kill everyone w/o losing energy (it could be one shooting ennemys with head shot or something), and the endless spawn is anoying and sucks ^^

To everybody who says the game is to easy: PLAY THE STAGES AGAIN. After you beat the game, you enter hard mode. The bosses are harder, the enemies are harder, stuff like that. And you can get more guns. I liked this game. 4/5

My first time playing i hated every part of it. Then my second i understood it alot better and its turned out to be one of my favourite games on here!

The animations are smooth, it doesn't lag much, the plot is good (for a flash game)... but I did not find the gameplay fun at all. Now that I have the badge I probably won't play this game again. 3/5

this game is good, though 2 things, bosses in this game = easier than the level before it, and the levels themselves we riddiculous due to the fact bullets came from nowhere. 4/5

Fun game, the various weapons add flavor the game. As others have said, the bosses are easiest part...they are a little too easy. The levels can get annoying when you have bullets coming out of nowhere sapping your health, and the best tactic ends up being to keep moving at all times.

I liked Thing-Thing 2 much better. This time around, the graphics are improved, and there are more guns, but the story feels forced (and is obviously unfinished). The game's badge should be a medium, not a hard.

Kinda unbalanced since it was mostly impossible to avoid enemy shots yet bosses were painfully easy. Aside from that, nice game.

The story mode is too easy, but the survival modes are challenging and fun. Way better than the story mode, which needs to be longer and more challenging.

Pretty nice.. You should make limb shots debilitating.. like if you shoot your enemy in the knee, they're down for the fight but can still shoot from the ground, if you hit someone in the gun hand, they can't shoot any longer, ect.

Of the main ThingThings (not Arena), this is probably the best, (except level 2, that was a bitch) Thing Thing was too short, Thing Thing 2 was too easy because the enemies couldn't shoot, they could only punch.

I love this game, spelling errors and all! Fantastic gameplay, great animation, difficult without being impossible... People who think this game is too easy need to play through again for the second set of objectives and greater difficulty. Try to unlock all the weapons!

Here is the key in level 2:
1.Walk right ALONG THE GROUND until you reach a barrier.
2. Go back to the first tower on the left.
3. Climb up the tower until you see the 2ND platform on the the right.
4.Jump onto the platform and walk right (the key is a rotating grey rectangle with a red stripe).
5. TOUCH the door with the key to unlock it.
Also for those of you who are finding this game much to easy try completing the levels or fighting the bosses again. They will be much harder and additionally will give you weapons if you complete the level objective (see the objective by pressing "p"). Weapons can also be unlocked by getting high-scores in survival mode.
Note: The second set of objectives can only be accessed if you have beat the game already.
