It's a good game, but it could use some polishing.
Also, it would be nice if upgrading your resilience (scales) also decreased how long it took your fish to recover from returning to the water after a jump.

Bloody good idea, too bad it's poorly executed. Serious bugs all over the place. Would love to see this evolve to a more mature "Eat 'em all" game.

Sharks do not eat piranhas, they do not even share enviroment, sharks would die in river water and piranhas would also do in sea water.

For game improvement: You need to enable us to end a round manually or at least end it when there are no humans left. In fact, I wrote all of this while waiting for my rounds to end. You should add how to eat humans in the instructions as well. When completing a level give the option to go to upgrades, map, or next level; we're tired of having to start back at title screen every time. Boats knock us back much too far and for too much time.The fish spends way too much time off screen; a major cause of death is sharks appearing when you're in mid air heading outside the screen. Please put up some sort of barrier to stop this from happening. More piranhas and better jaws are redundant upgrades. Show each tip ONCE, or at least let us turn them off. Fish stay in air far too long, let them move through air more quickly. Add a pause button with "return to main menu" or "return to map" options. The more piranhas upgrade is extremely over-powered; increase the cost for each one you get or have.

Major bugs: Sometimes the humans get stuck in midair and just keep going up if you hit them. Other times they swim in the opposite direction of where they're facing. The readout during level showing blood consumed does not match the amount shown at the end of a level, ever! Sometimes this makes a level impossible.

Constantly find myself sitting and waiting for the level to end. practically 15 seconds before the countdown even starts. Then the random bugs like the shark appearing after the countdown, people getting stuck in midair, the shark staying level to you even when your behind him.

Okay.. so, destroying boats, eating hordes of people - that's totally doable... but getting out of a little tuft of seaweed, that's where these piranha fail?

A couple things:
1. Sharks should come when there is blood in the water. Not randomly, like it seems they do now.
2. I shouldn't be maxed at 35 pounds. Aside from making no sense (every time I eat someone, I go from 35.1 right back down to 35.0 again), it would be fun to have a monster piranha. You may need to eventually zoom out the view though.
3. Are boats random? One time on level 6, I only had like 3 canoes and no motor boats/party boats the entire time. For about the final 90 seconds, I just had to sit and wait for time to run out while 4 different sharks came. Not fun.
I still gave a 5/5. Probably more like a 4, but I like it.

3/5, too many sharks, not enough humans to move on and neither you nor dead bodies should be able to go off-screen except when sinking. Otherwise, nice work! great art and game objectives.

Your spawn scripts are incredibly stupid. I am at the 25 liters needed to proceed, and I have eaten every person down to the bone and I get 15.5 liters in total. Seriously, do some bug testing.

What it really needs is a button to end the attack. I hate it when all the humans are long gone and the game counts from 3 as if there was a reason for that.

So I'm stuck on level 6 since I can eat everything with my full upgraded fish and max army but still not advance. I've tried it six times and there simply isn't enough humans to finish. dropping my rating to 2/5

I really wanted to like this game. But in the end its really just a simple and not that exciting gameplay mechanic (mouse back and forth... wow) and then the same old upgrade system from so many other games. Sorry. 3/5 for effor and ominous music.

I'd like to see a sandbox mode with maybe some tougher boats and no sharks. Let's face it, we'd love to send a horde of piranha after a cruise line or aircraft carrier we just took down. It's extreme and it's exciting.

Just had a shark appear on the corner of the screen I was on and had it eat my who piranha posse, really killed my fun.

It was a fun game but too many bugs. The mouse controls are just horrible. The piranha lags behind the mouse and it's really tricky to eat the humans that are close to the edges of the screen, and it also slows down just before it reaches the mouse cursor. The game got really slow for me after just about 10 minutes of playing. Can't say if it's my computer or the game, but it was annoying.
You should also be able to atleast attack the shark since you have a full school of piranhas with the leader at 35lbs.
