@mhoffer: I liked the challenge of having to gain a footing before considering going on the offensive. It kinda bothered me how in most of the levels, the creeper was just kindly waiting to get decimated as you could build up all your economic structures and then finally spam a bunch of weapons when you open up the creeper pocket. Pretty much the only way you could fail is if you underestimate the power of the creeper pocket or neglect your tesla coil defence. At least in some of the much later levels there was a looming danger you had to worry about with the weak dirt and all

wat i like about this creeper game is that unless u dont have any barriers or decayable rocks, u can take half an hour to build up. the other games u have to spread out those collectors only harvesting a small amount of land to collect energy. u use that path given to u to build on. here u can make ur own way to place energy collectors. and u dont have to worry about elevation problems...

if you have a shield, make an anti-creeper maker and click produce and have the maker go through the shield and destroy the shield and a lot of creeper comes from the shields place.

Shields sugest before, so it means you will loose in the end :)
I bought and played original game and I wonder.

just take a maker, get maximum weapons range which increases storage of friendly creeper (wierd right?), then when you charge it up to the maximum send it into the creeper and release all

presssure. piece of cake. Just build up your energy like mad, building less than 5 tech domes till you have around 20 production. then mortars ONLY down on the bottom section. yes, where those makers are you need to set up a *ton of mortars. then crack open the top two sections at your leisure.

I love this game. It works wonders as a time sink.
It won't give me my achievement for completely all 10 levels, though, and that makes me sad. Oh well.

Anyone know why my game won't load ?? it says CW2 A Loading 100% Game info loaded, but can't get the missions or chat to work, other games on the site seem to come up with a blank too aah !!!

I didn't read most the story line but did read 'looks like were going to need than academy sooner than later' Nice old typo in there. Fun game... maybe I can run across a newer one soon.

To get the "Creeper Graduate" badge, you have to click the "Exit" button in the upper right corner of the screen advertising their website and the full version of the game.

Great game, much easier without having to use so many relays. The horizontal view is better than the over head one to.

This is a very... interesting sequel... At first look it's different but very much the same game. Well minus the hoards of things flying in from the edge of the screen. Fun defense/offense game.

For pressure you need a lot of energy early on so build those in the parallel area above. And dig it out wide... be sure to add a beacon on either side so you can see further out. Down by the ship Tech Hubs once you get some energy flowing. Then build your defense of 4 beam ships and a producer or two. Set up mine stations and you're set for a long battle back down. (feel free to use your gems for fuel too)

Since everyone is talking about shield/anti-creeper combos, I like to surround my untis in shields, use 'burst all', so if the shields get broken through, they get stopped by anti-creeper. Not very advanced strategy, but a nice back up, if you have the ore.

In the level "pressure", just let the creeper excavate to the first room, but don't let it start moving upwards. a couple of blasters and several launchers and you'll be ok. On the other hand, the digging up method is way cooler.

Another awesome way to use shields: Anti-creeper landmines. Appearently the shields will actually hold any anti-creeper that they're built upon.
