1/5 Energy/stam system, pay2win it seems, grinding heavy, lack of choice in combat, can only heal outside of combat early on. Nice music, good graphics, game has a future but as of right now I loathe the game.

This can happen if there some connection problem. Game is different from kongregat it says you that you are not logged in the game so you can write in the chat and also in the comments area. Would be very nice if you can write to us a message so we can look at this problem. Thanks!

[New Players]: Pick the class you like (all are the same) andkeep doing story missions, that way you will always have stamina (until lvl 33 aprox). Devs are almost all day in chat and working in stamina system, so give the game a chance :)

This is a good game if u can get over the energy but i still feel underwhelmed defo from fact i am L30 and a recommenced L22 zone killed me that will take over a day to get energy to grind each special key
:) Maybe you will dislike the game, but I will suggest you to play it a little more and try to see in the game the effort we put in graphichs lore, mechanics ecc ecc! By the way, really we understand that this kind of game aren't for all. I want only to remark that developing a game it's very difficult, and not all the choices are money oriented! There are some great stamina based games out there, maybe it's not our case, but judge a game only for the stamina seems a little bit reductive, expecially on our side :D! energy games r rather limiting but never played an energy game as limiting as this low cap and ton of empty squares to waste energy on so after a long break us till get 20 moves 1/2 of which r wasted moves besides that worst energy system of games iv played the artwork is nice feel of game is nice same such a nice game has to get 1/5 saddening...
We are sad you did not like the game, we also talked in games chat about this. Remember that stamina increase with level up (at the moment untill 40/40). this was in kong beta for how long months i think just for this? more energy system garbage if you want ppl to play your game GET RID OF THE FRICKEN ENERGY SYSTEM ppl HATE IT what don't developers get about that i know what it is it's because this is a cash cow would be nice to see this get completely just to blow up in your face
Hey rune, did you tried well the game? We stayed in kong for moths because we are only three people developing it and because we based most of the games features on users feedbacks, doing an hard work in chat like during this first days of launch. We did not do game to steal money from the players, it's not our intention! You can play and enjoy the game also without spending money on it and trying to undestrand game mechanichs and developers decisions. By the way we respect the opinion of everyone, but I really can't understand all this hate versus developers that choose to develop this kind of games.

I'm sorry, but I can't understand how this sort of thing keeps happening. For the love of god, we do *not* want an energy system. If you limit the time I can spend on your game, I will one star it. The end. Ffs, why is this still a thing? Why do I still have to type this? Jesus Christ, are you completely blind? No one likes this. No one. Get rid of it, and find some other way to squeeze kreds out of us. I apologize for being so uncouth, but come on. How many times do we have to say that we're bloody sick of this nonsense?

so far i am liking the game but like everyone else says u cannot grind for the artifacts due to stamina wasting either less grind with stamina or no stamina and keep the grind u cant do both .....well u can but will be uninteresting for some to sit and wait for energy just so they can grind a lower level to get an artifact

The game is completely broken for me... made it to the PvP tutorial and the game crashes every time needing to be restarted... restart takes me directly into the PvP tutorial where is crashes as soon as the fight starts... if there was a "skip tutorial" button it would prolly fix this but for now all i can do is restart over and over and not play :(

after refreshing, the game wants me to choose a race and start the game from scratch but then tells me that the player (me) already exists.. uhm.. looks like a bug?

Let us leave all the stamina and game design banter away. What is it you want us to do with your BETA when the most flashy thing on screen is the 50% discount??? You want to improve the game based on player experience before you realese it AND get cash from us?? Then I suggest you play it yourself and see how well you can do without cheating and speedups. I think you guys forgot what a beta truly should be. How come you don't try this on mobile platforms where it can be rated? I am sick of this "web-version" approaches....1.) Call it BETA and let us experiment freely 2.) Reset the progress when you finally release it.
We don't want to get cash form players at all, and for sure we play the game a lot. Try to follow a bit our forum, we always take care of the users feedback and suggestion. The beta for any developer, it's usefull only if the game is near to the final release: give all the stamina and free items, did not help anyone, because we can't test the real game experience. We are not here to find bugs. The game is free to play and trust me it can be played without spending money, so, it's a free choice. Someone give us some money to supporting the team and the develop. As last point, this is not a simple a "web-version" that we will drop, we want to create a game that can be played on different platforms, web and mobile, and as long as we can, we will continue to use Kong + to develop a better game with your help, trying to follow peoples the best we can. is there any possible way to make it easier to level up heroes? Getting crypt keys is so hard, it is damn near impossible to level any type of hero to max and then evolve and do it all over again 4 times...

Hy jsuslak, in the game we have three type of abilities: Active, Passive, and Subclass abilities. Active abilities work with a cooldown, and a % of spawn and can have different effects: poison- ice - paralyze - silence - heal - huge damage. Passive works with a % activation chance and can buff or debuff stats values for team allies or opponents. Passive abilities are spawned at the beginning of the fight. Sublass abilities, are abilities that can react to an attack or at a condiction, mainly when and hero is attacked. You can: Dodge an attack, take damage instead of another hero, counterattack, go in rage mode, an all the combination of those, like: take damage and counterattack.We complitelly change all the tuning from ver 0.31.00 and we had introduced only a fiew number of abilities to evaluate better the change. read some comments about disliking the auto combat: maybe different unit skills could effect certain enemies (for example: one creature could use a skill that attacks the enemy with highest speed/lowest hp ect...). This is generally what other games of the same type do to add slightly more strategy when picking heroes.
I would like to see more variety with hero skills. I have seen maybe a total of 5 different skills in the entire game...

Combat is very boring on auto. It becomes a game of just clicking arrows, and hoping for the best. I usually throw a few $ at games like these to help the developers make better and more attractive content, but i usually also get more than 45 minutes in before becoming completely bored. Auto combat kills this game. Auto dungeon, auto dungeon, auto dungeon, then pay money for stamina to auto dungeon again? Maybe I am missing something but, what is the point of the game? I upgrade and evolve to do what? More auto? No thanks, this game just isnt for me.

We are solving many of the problems of the game during this beta, and we want also to change something for the auto combat. Sorry for the late answer. We have differences between classes and races. The only ones that did not have those differerences are champions that have same stats, but different active abilities. Check the compendium to see the differences between heroes, you can find the link in the forum.

just kick out the Unity plugin? Some really good games have been
wasted on Unity and could have been made with flash player.
Unity permit to develop on many platforms with semplicity and with a very small cost. For our team that is composed by three people it's the best solution. This game was done for web and mobile and potentially we can do the porting on many others platforms. By the way we have ready the web-gl version of the game that should work on every recent browser, but we are focusing on other aspects of the game now, and we probably switch to web-gl version in a month. Honestly, i do like this game. It's these kind of games i enjoy when i'm relaxed and need something to do.I think the level-up system is nice but the only problem/ suggestion i can make out is that why doesn't your exp scale with the difficulty of the level. The simple little grindy things in rpg's, but i guess with the stamina cap of 20, using all of your stamina to grind higher level things that give more exp would be expected. I don't know, just a suggestion. 8.5/10 all around.
in general the xp system is tuned in this way: first dungeons are shorter and with a low desity of combats. Last dungeons are longer and with more density. Every area (the nemur area or the jalkurg area) have different xp given for every fight. This is not a huge difference but every time you finish an area yuo will receive more xp for every fight in that particular area. So... if you do an high level dungeon, you will receive a big amount of XP for stamina consumed than doing a low level dungeon. As i said before, it's not a super-huge difference but it's based on the fact that the progression in dungeons is quite linear, and we don't have many walls. We are changing this difficulty progression so in the future maybe we will change also the xp system and the stamina system.

It's a good game except for one thing. Still haven't changed the stamina system. Why you lie to us? 3 Months and all comment about stamina and you do nothing. My shit game is better, it has no stamina system and it plays a 2pac song :) I'm going to go there now. Message me if you want me back. Thanks.
Changing the stamina system is not an easy thing and we have had to do other stuff. We are developing things in a priority that can be appropriate for ur team and for all the cost we have every month. So.... maybe you have to wait again for the stamina changes, but dont' be worry: we are thinking about it and we will do changes! Hope to see you ingame! i would change the stamina system and maybe have a toggle auto attack for people that would rather use strategy the just brute force. i would like a final fantasy type combat system myself.

1/ Absolutely love the sorting system! Sort heroes one way and sacrifices another? Big, big plus right there.
2/ Suggestion: add warning message when sacrificing heroes above lvl... 10? 15? 20? similar to when sacrificing team members.

The game has potential guys. I enjoyed the artwork and the gameplay ( even though it was AutoCombat) Its kinda nice for a on the go type game though stated in earlier comments I would like to see a bit more interaction and a bit more explaning. By explaining I don't mean more text boxes and annoying pop-up confirms, I mean along the lines of the layout. Try to add a board showing the improvments of the champions and hero's along with showing a power progression before evolving a Hero. The neat thing with the stamina system is yet again its great for gamers on the go, but try building more of a grind based game. Make users farm for levels to pass levels to come. Say I complete 4/5 levels of a dungeon and the only thing left is the boss fight. The boss fight should make me have to go back and farm up a bit, maybe get some new gear in order to beat him. While doing this don't overlook the key points in using this system. Its wise to up the rewards for such effort put into it.

I continue to see games produced with stamina, and it confounds as to why, outside of getting more money. Now, back in the day, you payed quarters to play in arcades and stuff, and that was cool. You knew there was a cost, and it was probably gunna cost you a few quarters to get through the entire thing, but hey, it was worth it. The game was fun, and you wanted to keep playing. This doesn't take quarters, however. This takes 10-20$ a pop, and how long would that last you? If you make a quality game, I'd think you'd want people to be able to enjoy it. When people can only enjoy your game for a few minutes, rather than hours, they aren't willing to stick to it. This is why gamers rage against this game construct. We want to be able to sit down and enjoy a game, front to back, without paying out the ass for it. Your game is decent, but waiting 2 hours after using up 20 stamina is ridiculous, and it's not THAT good.
Probably we will change the stamina system because we want to change our focus on the web version (at the beginnig the game was made for mobile users) because we think this game have potential to do well on the web platform, and here we have a small but solid user-base that are helping us to do great decisions and improvements. Unfortunatelly those are not a quick changes and we need time to develop all the modifies to change the game for the web audience, but it's a thing we have in plan to do. I think we need 3/4 months to to all this changens and have a finalized game, so please follow RiseFall during this time and if you want tell us what you think about it. A bug I've encountered: I opened the minimap at a corner to check what was around the corner (was a treasure chest followed by an enemy) and quickly closed it. The movement arrow had changed to a "forward" arrow instead of the "turn right" arrow it should have been, and when I moved I skipped over the treasure (as well as the screen not turning to give me proper vision of the hallway).

The EXP system needs to be fixed. only get 300 exp per battle whether it is 1 enemy or more than 1 enemy. Also, game needs a mute button to start the game with. I do like the simplicity of the game and how the game is run. i am a big fan of it so far. keep up the good work!!

I like it enough to keep playing it, its not a bad game. one big thing, give us 8 hours worth of stamina at once if you have to have stamina. let us play the game a couple times a days for a couple hours at a time, and also make the partial stamina potions worth having. 20% of 20 stamina is 4. the potion gives you 4 steps.

first thing i notice, energy is only 20 points which actually takes really a few to deplete, and when lvlups get one far from another there's not much to do while energy recharges... moreover 100 minutes for full recharge forces to be constantly online to prevent wasting... In the ned i think energy pool should be increased and more features are needed such as daily dungeon, special challenges... bonus areas.... dunno what else, just to enrich game experience and not let the player feel he's over playing for another hour+ whenever he exits a dungeon

I give up on getting a big key on the first zone, after like 10 main char lvls of farming for it, that's 3 runs per lvl so over 30 attempts and no big key. 5% would mean a average of 20 runs to get it. In the end i have to quit this game, too many flaws makes the game rather unplayable. Hopefully a patch can fix the game to make it at least playable. Will i come back? prob not, i like the artwork, but the gameplay just makes me depressed.
