Pressing Esc doesn't pause the game. There is no pause button. Pressing Esc resets the game instantly. Don't ever press Esc. This probably should've been mentioned somewhere in the instructions.

it's a shame the game is this easy, i've been waiting for a shark game for so long and had all badges in the first run already :) anyway nice game 4/5

So I'm playing this game, and I'm like "haha I'm a shark" and then I eat Spider-Man and I'm like "that's weird, like Spider-Man would have anything to do with sharks", and then I'm like "I haven't read my Spider-Man comics in a while" so I open my comic and the first panel I look at has Spider-Man, the Green Goblin, and a shark. I don't even know why that shark is there.

I hate being a lefty for this type of game. There should be a way to swap keyboard settings so that ASDF can control and down arrow bites.

Can't play because one of my arrow keys don't work. It would be awesome if I had an option to change my controls - if not the ability to bind keys, maybe an alternate control option?

no son, only on plane hit the twin towers. what people thought was a plane was a explosive. The other plane was destroyed by a shark

@metrius if a game doesn't have a mute option, you can mute your browser's tab in most browsers, just right click the tab at the upper part of the screen and you should see the option. Note that it will remain muted in all kongregate tabs you open after that, so if you want your sound back, you'll have to deactivate it in the same way.
