Uh-oh, found a glitch ><"
If you replay the game without restarting the event flags for the fisherman doesn't fully restart and you get the fishing hook straight off the bat. And that screws it all up and you can't continue anymore onwards..
Other than that, my god, this game is good.
Who else got real freaked out when the bird said "I lied" thought it was gonna pull an exorcist and murder me on the spot.

Awesome game - full agreement with Shaedo - an 'Arthouse' or similar genre category would be awesome - the game.. Little wheel i believe it is called could be in there too - same with.. Seed (you are a seed, and grow into different things that you see around you to progress though the game), i think it is called. I love these types of games - keep em coming!

A beautifully crafted game, with the right touches of creepy sprinkled here and there. Intuitive, unique, and highly enjoyable. Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you get any inspiration from Limbo? Anyways, I'm still stuck half-way through the puzzle, but I'm loving every second of it. Hope to see more Limbo-esque games from you! ;)

sadly i don't like this game. people say how some games like this are "art" which i agree, all games are art if you ask me. but this is like a trippy nightmare the story makes no sense, i guess pete is in a coma and is trying to get out? but once you go in the basement it gets too dark to see anything and even after a walkthrough i couldn't figure the parts out this game is less art, more confuzzle.( REMEMBER THIS IS MY OPINION IF YOU FIND THIS GAME AMAZING DO NOT RATE ME DOWN FOR HAVING AN OPINION!)

Am I the only one who think that it shouldn't be the arrows but WASD to be paired with mouse? It's somehow uncomfortable to use left hand on arrows while holding the mouse in my right hand. Great game though. 4.5/5

This game has been putten together beautifully. I love the soundtrack and how ever little sceene is a piece of art. This by far is one of the best games on the Internet.

this game is truly one of the most beautiful games I've
ever played. I simply love it.
And the Redwind theme is maching perfectly to the game..
first I didn't understad the end, but after playing it once more, I realised what it all was about. again, beautiful..

I know you're trying to be artsy, but there's way too little contrast. I had to turn my monitor 45 degrees and lean over the desk, just to see half the levels. Not everyone has the same monitor, dude.

Frankly, this is a great idea, but poorly executed. Would've been wonderful if the gameplay was not so sluggish and unclear. Most scenes were too dark, and I couldn't see any path even when adjusting the brightness & contrast of my screen. The fact that the kid's sprite moved akwardly, jumped oddly, and couldn't be used to find effectively where are the walls and ceilings were, made it so that in the end I was just annoyed at the game, and that's the kind of reaction you don't want to give in a game like this.

At the beginning, go to the piano and play:
C C C DE E DE FG - (Row row row your boat)
EEFGGFEDCCDEEDD EEFGGFEDCCDED CC - (Ode to Joy)
A C E A C FE A C E C A - (Smoke on the Water)

A beautiful game of mystery, music, love, loyalty, and lies. In my game catalog, this falls into the "?" category. If you can spend the time to think about it, you would see how realistic it actually is. Even though there is still the imagination involved. You can think of anything you want the characters to be. Look at MrHedge64's comment, he has an excellent explanation. But you'd have to ask wittyhobos what everything is, or means. For all we know, the bird may be his subconscious, or his instinct. Maybe all the characters are emotions and thoughts. I have my own explanation: Fisherman: loyalty. Bird: instinct. Jon: rumors. Boy in tree: fun. Guy with flute: nostalgia. Fat lady: lies. Even though you can come up with anything you want, have fun with the game. And thank you, wittyhobos, for such a great game.
