for those of u having trouble getting the 1 dollar painting achievement, have u tried maxing out the price? it resets to $1 after 2.1 billion

probably some npc got interested in the second a painting gets sold, but recently it showed "zero interested people" there. I also like the designs of these paintings. some ants of the same color (higher/lower amount) cost way higher currency than the ants of the same species recently.

probably just liking the idea of ants painting, while when setting the proce for the first painting, I just noticed "2 currency" seem to change its color, depending if I'm either in/decreasing it's worth there, btw: still cool game and combining graphics / the story with art and kinda insect-sized animals.

So, it's just impossible to get the achievement for selling a $1 painting after a certain point, which seems bad. Maybe have a way of pausing the game to give us time to set the price?

So... The creator listens to a single person asking to add a counter, but completely ignores at least half the community when they ask to have the ability to be able to remove ants. *Logic*

the + and - are nice for fine tuning prices, but another button to increase price of painting by 100% of original price would be nice, hit it 5 times to make the painting sell for 5 times it's value

It would be nice to be able to see the art the ants have completed again after they have been sold, kind of like an archive of sold works.

also, a way to sort achievements so you can see specifically which ones you don't have? and a way to select the size and quality of painting you make? (so i can go back and make a painting that'll sell for $1 to get that achievement.)

I agree with needing to get rid of lower-tiered ants, but I also would like it if we didn't have to buy certain things, but we could choose from all the choices.

Suggestion: As each ant colour gets maxed, add a multiplier for *all* ants of 1% speed increase for even 10 ants of a particular colour. For example, once I max black, red, & purple ants, all will get a 66% speed increase (225 \ 10 = 22 * 3 = 66). Once all ants are maxed, all colours will end up with a 198% speed increase. That will help scale ant speed as larger and larger pictures are created. Does that make sense?

For all of y'all who want to get rid of your lower-tier ants, consider this: the slower each painting is completed, the more time there is to sell the completed ones. My strategy now is to only buy the slowest ants available, even if I have to wait. (...and immediately drop the price of each completed one twice.) Now they all sell and I'm moving ahead rapidly.

"faster ants are prioritized over slow ones" then why is it if not all my ants leave to make a painting black ants are leaving, and a bunch of non-black ants aren't.

if you need to sell a painting for 1 late game you can hit + until the integer flips to -2bil then hit - once and it will sell for 1 dollar

In case you were curious. If you never buy the colors it starts to make 1.4cm red hearts that are sold at 19$ and that is. Never changes.

Would be nice if there were a way to lower the graphic output, getting 2k ants crawling all around really kind of lags at a certain point. Beyond that, decent enough little game.

Black ants actually cause you to produce a little slower, in some cases, than you would without them-- the minimum time to create a painting is related to the speed at which your black ants can paint a "speck" and faster ants cant take over a speck once a black ant starts

Bah - thought this was going to be an 'Art' game, not a 'Sit and do nothing and still somehow win some money' game. Sorry, but I'm not ready to be Idle yet...

BUG: If you try to raise the cost of a picture by more than 2.1 billion $, the price will turn into a negative number. I think the problem is the overflow of the variable.

Very entertaining for the first half of the game. Then the second half drags because of slower black ants and essentially no new upgrades. Getting the last 10 achievements should feel like an accomplishment, but instead it's boring Maybe ant upgrades, or paint color unlocks separated instead of one upgrade, or multiple paintings at once. Something new would have been great. I will not be finishing it sadly. 4/5, really great first half and fun idea!
