i love songs Nyan cat , b-bit fantazy and lugi's rave...this 3 songs are very aswome for that i rate 4/5 why i dont rated 5 cuz controls sucks

This game gave my guitar hero syndrome after a long while, You know when things or furniture look like its stretching because our eyes constantly looking up and down on the frets

Probably my favorite flash game of all time! You can change the controls if you register for an account on the actual site: www.feelthebeats.com (Which will redirect you to www.thorgaming.come/feelthebeats ) We also have a LOT more songs and an active community over there too! (BTW, I AM the Bookkid900 that has two songs in this version. I have about 25 more on the actual site)

Like anything, it takes practice... Sure 7 keys seems daunting at first, but with some tenacity, anybody can do it. (I'm living proof of that) This game is the perfect companion for a Guitar Hero veteran, or for anybody that enjoys rhythm games. But this sample doesn't do it justice; there is an entire community over at feelthebeats.com, a ranking system, badges, and loads of songs from the easy, to the absolutely obscene. If you are a fan of rhythm games, try sticking with this one, you won't be disappointed... at least I certainly wasn't.
Also, HUGE +1 on using the FtB Official Skin for the game :D

You know what sucks? You can't chart songs, you can't view all songs etc. unlike the official site (www.feelthebeats.com). Can't keep points with an account... *Sad face*

I really wish there was no space.... it would make it sooooo much easier! Not too hard though... i just started (never playing one of these before) and was able to play up to 4.6 easily... not too hard... just practice.

Please check out some of the songs I listed in the updates. The easy part of the first few songs should be 4-keys (excluding To Zanarkand).

@Makeshift: What I mean by different modes is varying amounts of keys: for example, a four key mode that only uses 4 keys, perhaps a 6 key mode that does not use the spacebar. This would add some variety to the game, as well as provide a better introduction to new players. Someone starting out will not be able to handle 7 keys; it will be a very steep difficulty curve.

Now I'm also getting the bug with the instructions. And again, practice modes don't help: there's a reason why most games of this nature have modes for different button modes. (that being that different people have different preferences)
An option to remap the keys would also be nice.

it looks interesting but it would be nice if it would let me start it. Every time I go to click on a song or selection it brings up the instructions.

If you want any chance of this becoming popular, add in modes that include less buttons. While this will appeal to the hardcore DJ Max and Stepmania crowd right now, it's way to hard for the average Kongregate member.
