You can jump above the first flying enemy, only for the enemy to dive DOWN and still hit you.

people with lame computers... i played this on laptop at amazing and only got lag until 18 and 20 had almost no lag.... almost got also top score if the damn game should not lag and killed me once... good game tho

4/5: So many great things. The lag is the killer. I bet you could contact other developers on Kong or other sites to help you program through that problem. Would love more diversity in the ability to upgrade weapons. Feels like it should be easier to kill a guy with dynamite strapped to his chest. Maybe some splash damage from this Jihad mofo?

Never had the difficulty factor of thinking I would die at some point, in fact up until level 18 I usually had at least 90% health at all times. Just kept the first gun until I could get the rocket launcher then the chain gun, at this point stand backed up against one wall and let the bullets fly, making for a rather dull experience. Also I had no lag until the last two levels and for some reason it got increasingly worse as the levels continued, so even when I had only a couple of guys left on screen and I wasn't shooting the lag was at its peak...I agree with the rest of the people about it being a program issue. Last minor criticism; the suicide bomber with a smiley face...doesn't match the rest of the art work, just looks out of place

This is a great example of why you need a professional programmer to create a great game. Which sucks, because it's a great concept, great music, good graphics, but the lag kills the game altogether.

If you're going to have a flamethrower be the most powerful weapon in the game don't also make it an incredibly underpowered gun used by the second enemy

after bying all weapons I can see a "secret" weapon with maz status and costs 500k. when you finish a stage you will notice it in a few frames..!! :D

overall, (forgetting the lag for a sec) this game is awesome, though there is a few things that would make this game 5/5 material; first off, even on the lowest computer setting and setting the quality to low (the quality part needing to be repeated multiple times) the lag makes the game practically unplayable, and i'm on a decent computer. Second, when you've bought all the guns in the shop, the money is pointless, so a couple ideas from me are to either stop the generation of money pick ups once u have everything, or allow the player to speed up the upgrading of his character stats or weapon stats by buying either xp or the levels themselves. i made it to the last level, but due to the lag, i'm unfortunately gonna have to quit, so my computer doesn't end up in orbit. please message me when u hav fixed the problem so i can come and enjoy it. Thanks! oh, i almost forgot, my rating is 2/5, the lag causing major damage to said rating, sorry.

lol. I'm playing on a brand new laptop. The game is absolute crap with minigun or flamethrower. Take this game back and lrn2code, put it up when it is finished. 2/5 for being cool for a bit before turning unplayable.

I love the game but thiers gotta be something you can do about the lag. My computer has a 4 GB ram, 320 GB hard drive, and a I Core 3 330M processor. This is the first game i've played on it that it lagged doing. Very CPU intensive.

For those who aren't seeing a difference even after turning the quality down to low, you need to know that even if you turn the quality to low after lagging in high quality, the laggy carpfish is still there in your temporary memory (or somewhere). Reopening your web browser then starting the game in low should reduce the lag by a bit. I'm using Chrome and it worked for me, noticed a few games that had this problem before.

Played the game all the way through and I only lagged once i started using the chain gun. I'd imagine it lags cause you have it so it shakes the whole game. There should be some sort of diminishing return type effect on the jump to make it slightly more difficult. Also you should make an mute sfx and mute music button instead of a general mute button. Idk why but it seems to make these games easier when you can hear the gunfire but the music is obnoxious.

So, I'm madly clicking with the pistol to kill an enemy and *ding* level up. Then I spend points in something I don't want to, and can't undo my selection. This needs fixing. Game is okay, but not that great.

The spiders turn into nearly invisible suicide bombers on the last 5 levels... and according to the description, every weapon is "Type: Gun Auto: No" so my question is. what exactly is the point of having an explosives skill if nothing is explosive? (I know that the launchers obviously are, just trying to make a point here) and also, are the flamethrowers considered an explosive weapon or a gun? seeing as it shoots flame i'd think its more of an incendiary type deal but ya there are a few things you need to fix on this game

@titanoftime, i'm on lvl 12 and i still have only bought the second weapon. It doesn't seem to be demanding that u buy the next weapon...

but there should really be terrain, other then monsters who still does dmg when they die, we shouldnt be penalized cuz theres no terran
its a basic game of running back n forth before jumping back to the other side
and this game DEMANDS you buy the next best weapon instead of saving up...

My computer's not particularly slow, but later levels still lag uncontrollably. I've never seen a game with such simple, low-quality graphics lag so easily. Fix this rubbish, it was fun until it lagged.

The spider an annoyance? Really?! Jump on it once and it dies! Completely! I just thought I should mention this, plus that's how you kill a real spider, you don't use a shotgun do you?

Considering my gaming laptop can play the latest games on mid to high settings with no problems... it shouldn't lag on a simple stick man game. Optimise your code.

I don't have lag issues, but the fact a game with stick figures that can cause ANY computer to freeze shows how poorly coded it is.
