i think its an okay game nothing amazing just a nice little defend ur turf amazing the idoelogly that is being thrown about tho i mean wow i thought games were for escapism ...

Not a bad game overall. But I couldn't help thinking the entire time that it could have had any number of other storylines, even a fictional one, that would make it a little more palatable than playing the part of a German machine gunner mowing down Allied soldiers. But I'm sure as an American it's just my hindbrain complaining to me. If it were a Nazi gunner manning a tower fighting off Russians coming from the East, I doubt I'd have such a big problem with it. 4/5 stars. Still feels like it could use some more... options/upgrades, that sort of thing. Maybe I've been playing too many TD games.

so war is justified by war? basically thats saying "well he did it first". It dosn't matter who does it first, lets stop killing each other so we can focus on killing the earth!

great game and message, battle is a part of EVERY animal except they dont kill the other members of the battle, except ants..... 5/5 and also it takes 6 hours for them to kill you if you dont shoot at them for the pacifist achivment

everyone that believes in world wide peace is a total idiot, war is a natural thing that happens with animals, just look at ants, it is impossible for the world to be one large community because of extremisits that believe everyone who doesn`t believe in alah must day,Get your heads out of dreams and think about it. Beyond the "Gun Down Grandpa" nature of the game, it's nothing special. The narration is weak (you seriously couldn't find a better voice), and there is nothing really innovative about the mechanics. Hold button, point mouse, people die. In-game achievements, like war, are pointless and good for absolutely nothing. Perhaps it's just the lackluster gameplay, but I really don't care to get any of them--and I usually go mental over achievements.

The message is clear: War is stupid and pointless, so many lives are lost just so things can return to the way they were. BUt many of thos lives were innocent ones, and most didn't deserve to end. War should end, and people should just one big worldwide community.

it hurts to play this actually, because those were real lives of people who died on that day. and shooting those little people just reminds me of this.

quite a good game. upgrades would have been good if you could win the game, but it is a historical event and you are playing from the losing side so... you know... 4/5. nice music, good historical accuracy and it's fun to slaughter people in a line one by one lol :P

could have had potential. upgrades for machine guns and motors such as faster reload more damage and more ammo. 3/5 not bad
