wtf, I got the pacifist achievement (ingame) and still I managed to hold them off for about 5 hours! And the overheating bar isn't really necessary, if you just keep shooting it will never fill, we don't have enough ammo to get the gun overheaded :(

I managed to postpone the invasion for 101 hours! A bit weird really, how could one man hold off the entire invasion, wouldn't the allies be wiser to just go around the damn bunker?

i thought it was a good game but i would rather be in the allies with this invasion of france. i didnt want to play as a nazi soldier. but a pretty decent game.

A very good game. Kinda simplistic, but good graphics and interesting little cut scenes. If the gameplay was slightly more complex, I would have given it 5/5 but as of now, 4/5.

good start off for a game, should grow on it and make it more in depth add upgrades or more things like air strike or sniper teams against the Americans, just some ideas. good game thought

Okay, don't bother commenting if all you're going to say is "WTF BLACK NAVY RIP WHY NAZI!?!?" This game is pretty good, not amazing, but good.
The graphics are GREAT, I don't know why people think that shadow styling is bad graphics. I've seen many good (normally war) games use this style.
The cutscenes were the best part. You're shooting... shooting... bored... then WHAM, it introduces how/why something new is being thrown at you in a very sick way.
Music that plays when you get at 10% health is the best part, IMO ve been chosen better (hate the screech!)
4/5 for D-Day Defender :)

Good game, I enjoyed trying to get all the achievements and the gameplay was fun, i have only one major complaint, the sound, the sound became way too annoying when the rockets came out, even on the lowest volume the rockets still made a high pitched squeal, because of the rockets i give this a 4/5

I'm pleased with the fact you play as the Germans. Too many WW2 games focus on the Allies too much. i.e. COD series >_>

you should be able to buy power-ups every 12 hours or so. That would make the game more fun. 3/5 for same thing constantly.
defeats the purpose. Soldiers on the beaches couldn't buy upgrades every 12 hours or so...

I actually enjoyed it. It provided a good challenge, which cannot be said for many games here. It also is different than the normal "you are good they are bad zomg here they come shoot them bad guys!!!11!!1! I appreciate new things in games, and you earn a 4/5 from me. Don't get discouraged dev by the crybabies whining about it being difficult and playing as a nazi, killing allies; they are probably late for their nap. Keep up the work!

Normal soldiers are ubermans they can survive few shots from your gun, and what is overheat bar for? Shooting all the time and never got it filled to more then 3/4, and then comes reload.

I thought it was a first person shooter. but it wasn't. Also, why is the bunker high a top of a cliff? It should have atleast a slope.

this game would be way better if you could only upgrade your stuff then you might be able to win you know maybe quicker reload ect. ect. so ya 3.5/5

people commenting about "this is pro-nazi" are idiots. German soldiers on the frontline were NOT (all) nazis, they were simply soldiers doing what they were told to.

game play is so so little shadows invading a larger shadow not really original black navy war shades of whatever blah blah blah
noises on hitting armor was annoying and pianful to the ears too high a pitch.... don't care if that was actual sounds or whatever ... i'm playing a game it doesn't need to be painful.
ameplay itself was relatively smooth though and didn't see any major glitches
2/5 just a BLEH kinda game

Very good at keeping my attention, as soon as i was getting bored a short scene appeared to keep me going, btw nice music choice and good job tying this with history! 4/5 just because gameplay can improve a bit.
