Clicking shop too early locks the game. I found no obvious way to close it and go back to the picture. Had to reload. Later on, I could click the other tabs.

I left the game and then came back to a none started one... wtf? sort this shiz out and you will have a fairly decent game

Also also, I agree with Norma: Respecs should be free. Maybe not unlimited, like you get a pool of x amount of them per prestige (even 1 or 2 would be sufficient), but this really gates a lot of player experimentation behind a paywall, which can make the learning phase of the game incredibly frustrating when the player has chosen poorly, or wanted to experiment with a different build, and now has to either finish the run with that, or pay cash to redistribute their cash, which is going to be irrelevant at the beginning of the next prestige anyway. Bad show on that one.

Also, proper planning of the order of your upgrades in the early game goes a long way. You can't just upgrade everything at random or by cost and expect to make decent progress. It requires a bit of strategy based on your total potential inspiration for a prestige versus your art sell value. You can use this to estimate how much money you are going to earn in a prestige, and plan accordingly.

There's quite a bit more to this game than I think people are getting too. The first prestige is pretty slow, but once you start farming fame (which increases the sell price of your art) progress actually happens pretty fast. I've only been playing for about a day, and I'm maybe two or three prestiges away from getting the Moscow Visa.

Okay. So... this is annoying. Had four inspiration. Went to second tab of pictures to draw. Didn't have enough inspiration to draw. Didn't have enough money to travel. What the fukc am I supposed to do here?

Closed the window. Went to bed. Woke this morning to find that my progress had been rolled back a full picture. And all the fame that I had accrued in my Gallery was gone.

I like how accurate this game is. The pictures don't get better, but the price increases with the fame of the artist :3

3/5. Lost a star for horribly slow progression (even after half a dozen pictures finished and sold the game is still horribly slow) and lost another half a star for the ridiculous prices for the Palettes and the other half from the overall lack of explanation. I like the concepts, and if you want proof - I actually left feedback. :) Good luck and keep up the good work, but do try to be a little more modest with your pricing...

It's a hell of a slog, and after a while the pictures start repeating. I can see some strategy - but it seems like Moscow is very seriously out of reach, and not much fun once you get there. There's so much free internet pic content that you can afford to never repeat a pic. A lot of the skill boosts aren't really clear about what they do. Some of the upgrades are one-shot, when they could actually be multi-shot. There's a lot of balance that still needs to go on, here... and it does honestly feel like you're trying to monetize a game which isn't close to being complete. You've got a good concept, but it is being executed poorly. I think I'll sit and watch for a bit before I make my final vote, but so far, it's lukewarm, and I think you can do better.

You shouldn't lose all your tools when you finish a picture. Instead, you should be cranking out pictures with more and more efficiency, which in turn would allow you to progress through the other systems in the game.
Or perhaps the Upgrades should remain when you Move. *Something* to make it feel like you're actually progressing instead of being constantly stuck at the bottom rung.

Gotta agree with others here: Too simple a game to spend Kreds on, and it has the potential to be fun if not for how dreadfully slow progression is.

1. The upgrades aren't powerful at all. 2. The pace is very problematic (very slow progression). 3. You charge for progress (which you deliberately made slow) = big no! 4. I doubt anyone will ever see Moscow. lol You have some serious problems in progression design and game flow. --- I could still rate it decently if not for point 3.

Really needs more explanation. It appears that Fame is related to sell price, but otherwise the painting progress occurs way too slowly. It's mostly geared toward Fame production until you have a lot of fame.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
you buy a few upgrades, then just let it run until you can do hi-res, and wait again. Theres not really a point in buying more upgrades because it will take you more time buying the upgrades than it does waiting for the pic to be complete. Good concept, poor balancing I think.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think more than "Artist idle" you should call it "Loading Picture Idle" 'cause it's basically like when you load an image with an old internet connection lol
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For anyone looking to see if someone knows what fame is, it looks like it increases sell price for paintings. Could be wrong and it could do more besides that and getting to cities, but that's what it looks like to me.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The upgrades overall are too slow to obtain. It feels too tedious to play. Each upgrade (both while drawing a picture and the workshop upgrades) feel like they increase your production by too little. It feels like it takes the same amount of time for each painting even when buying upgrades. Plus the "ascension system" - moving towns - feels like it does not offer enough of a reward. The fame system gives you too little and needs to be either increased per painting (especially early game), or the bonus it provides needs to be MUCH higher.

How do you get inspiration beside paying with kreds? Also it would be nice if we could win more than 10$ with an increment of 1$ per picture.. or if there's a way i didn't found it
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
went into shop, and mouse-over-button "picture" doesn't work ... so you will have to stay in shop, contemplating and admiring upgrade prices in Kong-Coins ... FOREVER
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's interesting, and I'm glad you're offering it, but it's far too simple a game to consider spending Kreds on. If you want money for it you should develop your game far better, and test it out first.

Would be nice to have a confirmation for Moving someplace... Clicked it on first town accidentally while trying to read it. Now I'm back to square one with zero clue what it did other than give me 50 more fame.

I like this game so far, but I have to admit it's a bit lame that you do the same thing over and over again just with different pictures. Still I like the fact that this game runs even though I am on another tab and I like the prestige system so far. Maybe add an option to automate boosts. And I think the skills should be more significant. Adding 50k pixels is like adding nothing at all considering the huge amount of pixels I need to have spent in the first place to get to this skill. Also it would be nice, if there were more skills, maybe like reduce the CD of boosts. However, I hope you continue developping this game as I think it has some potential :)

This game keeps crashing leaving me with a sad face in the corner of the screen. That said, it kept me entertained for a day before the crashes hit around the 1:1 pixel ratio. Not bad but it is a bit bland. Needs some extra elements. IMO every idle game needs a level of anti-idle gameplay other than just clicking a button and waiting another 15 minutes to click it again.

Nice game btw. Sadly, after a few pictures, it's getting quite repetitive and the high cost and low power of upgrades doesnt help. Painting a new picture is a lot like painting the previous one.
