Do cards purchased with gems remain after a reset? Gonna get pissed if those just vanish, like the time I've invested in this game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For those complaining about making no progress-- don't stick with just one guild, you gain bonuses from all the guilds that are active even when you're not in them
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not bad, but it seems like an awful lot of effort to get just a bit forward each time and then you need to reset in order to get to the next level. I've got most of the badges and I think I'll just stop now.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
is there a faster way to get the green potions for ethereal cards because the idea of it eventually being a matter of literal days per card simply because of a random cooldown seems uh.. bad.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I got the impossible badge a month after the easy badge. If you made no progress in 71 days, you were probably doing something wrong.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I waited 71 days and killed 0 monsters. I don't think the HP value changed at all. Not even a single bit. I'd need to like fill each Planck length in the universe with another universe, fill each Planck length in each of those universes with like a trillion decks which attack a trillion times per second and wait until a trillion times the heat death of the universe and probably still not defeat the monster.

Cheating is basically required in this game because even when cheating, just clicking over and over to get cards to a high level takes forever, let alone having to earn each card. That's just literally impossible. Collect all cards. Turn one silver. All normal cards disappear. Now do all of that over and over. Turn one card into gold. All non-gold cards disappear. Now get all the gold cards. The next level is ether. The level after that is cinder. The last level is magic. That's multiple orders of magnitude of insanity. That takes probably hundreds of hours while cheating infinite gold etc. and a lifetime when having to earn enough gold for each individual card.

"Offline time: 73 days, 1 hour, 40 minutes. You killed 0 monsters. You made 0 gold." So the game remembers I've played (for BotD) before, but nothing else? No wonder I gave it 1 star. Add in those top comments, which I remember are all true, and I vote that this "game" needs removed.

With boost running I've been stuck at e45 for ages, my main problem at the moment is that I cannot make enough gold to upgrade cards any further and am starting to think the game is broken
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I switch over to merchants guild to increase the gold multiplier, I hope that many of the enhancement orb things go to prepared 2.0, and then an egg carrier gets 7! Where was this luck when i was doing warriors guild? T-T

It doesnt make any sense, that magic spheres on about 50% of the times don't have the same duration. Both have the same upgrades, same buff through cards etc, potion states 1 minute each (without buffs), yet they get empty in a completely different speed.

@Iyankyj I think it is that until the current enemy is defeated, every second, the total poison amount is increased by the poison number of each poison card, which is then multiplied by the total poison multipliers, and the enemy takes damage equal to the resulting number. in other words, it is a separate DPS that increases over time, and then resets once the monster is defeated. Hopefully that makes some sense
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
anyone could explain poison to me? I have some observations, would be curious about an official or true assessment. Thank you!

Yay DPS now at e54, so over halfway to the Impossible badge. And without cheating at all - I was just at e30 about two weeks ago. This game has a hard learning curve....

Yeah, the VIP deck is underwhelming, however, don't forget it exists if you're doing the Gold Rush and especially the Boss Killer mingames.

For anyone slogging through the game, there's some hope, I guess. After about 5-6 weeks, I finally got my first Gold card, then 4 more in less than a day. And the first "Guild Loyalty", and I zoomed up to meet the boss at the end of the first level (shouldn't be too hard, I think, but I have to be away for a couple of days). Maybe there's another "ugh!" plateau ahead, but this last day has perked me up quite a bit.

Tip: The VIP deck is a waste of gems. It is quickly outpaced by other decks after a few days of playing.
Tested the VIP deck by saving before. By doing this, you can use rng to get a targeted card. Also noticed the the VIP deck is completely bugged in terms of values, as others have pointed out. It seems to perhaps be based on acquisition order. Didn't test it much.

Been playing for almost a month. This is a game for the long term. Lots of quirks and some bugs that people have mentioned. And it doesn't hold your hand and there's no tutorial. So it takes a while to learn what's going on, and how to best use your time and resources. And how to switch from place to place to increase multipliers and so on. I'm going to hang in there, hoping for all the badges someday....

This is NOT an idle game. It's a management game. You need to be actively managing and clicking resources like the magic orbs and cauldrons to meaningfully develop in any sense, which means not being idle more than 30 seconds. Being active is worth DAYS or WEEKS of being idle. The only idle part is hero experience gain.

I've taken a liking to this game. While it has micropurchases it seems to function as well without them. It has an oldschool and indie feel. The gameplay balance is unrefined at times but compared to other idle games the experience and goals change between the various guilds and heroes and you need to try everything.

Add auto option for ether and cinder cards so we don't have to click on every single card when trying to create magic cards, and it would also be helpful if the auto option was actually automatic and the button working as on/off instead of having to keep clicking on it for eternity
Add auto option for vip cards.
Time skip should work on daily chests as well, otherwise it's virtually impossible to actually upgrade those cards as it would take more lifetime than a human can live which is pretty insane.

this is just crazy ridiculously insane.
so after so much time and so many restarts and finally getting a full gold deck and thought i did the impossible but it was possible because gold cards do not reset.
now i get an ether card but guess what, all the gold cards disappeared and now i need to repeat this whole thing AGAIN just to get 1 more ether card and then repeat this whole process 23 times to get full ether cards.
I assume the same would be done for cinder?
well no, fck it, i give up.
Literally the only thing that made me endure was the fact that i do not have to make gold cards again, but having them disappear and restarted is just way too ridiculous.

Seeing a bunch of problems listed with almost no posts by the Devs. Might be a good time to start responding and fixing stuff now that you have a bunch of badges.

If all my decks get copied into each planck volume of the observable universe and attack 10^375 times per second for 10^375 years in 10^375 universes, they will have done 0.0293% of the damage needed to defeat the monster on my screen. Well done with the balancing. Real good job.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
They are really out here making each monster 1000 times stronger while only giving 10 times as much gold and then ramp it up 10 times by making them 10,000 times stronger each time. Murderers should be forced to play this game and get released when they get the impossible badge. No murderer will ever get released from prison.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm actually confused about how this game works. Deck 3 needs more than 10^500 coins for the last few gold cards while team power is less than 10^90 at that point while boosting it 2.4 million times and boosting the magic spheres by 240k in premium shop while monsters only give less than 10^400 coins when they have over 10^600 HP. So monsters are impossible to kill even if you had a universe with a deck in each planck volume and if you kill it, you need to do that over a googol amount of times just to upgrade a single card to gold. Then you can later turn one gold card into ether and you lose all your other gold cards. This game is actually not beatable at all. It's all a lie. Nobody has actually beaten this game legitimately.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Each next gold card in the 3rd deck costs 10 QUADRILLION times as much gold. (10^19) There are 24 gold cards. Then you turn a gold card into an ether card and have to collect 23 more gold cards to turn another one into ether. Then do all of that again with cinder. Maybe there are even more levels to it. Alright. It's totally possible to beat this game legitimately in a lifetime.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Maxing out the VIP should probably costs tens of thousands of dollars looking at the card mechanics with silver and gold cards and 50 gems each try with possibility of duplicates.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Incremental games are weird. Let's say you have a lot more money than the cost of something. Like many orders of magnitude more, it doesn't even make an atom sized dent in your universe sized wallet. Then a few upgrades further, you suddenly don't even have close to enough money for an upgrade.
