Under rating threshold (show) Lacks basic A.I. Computers automatically try to kill you, even if they "LOVE" you. Diplomacy was screwy, I could be accepting terms of peace and still bombing them, and vice versa. Submarines are practically useless, and Rocket AA never ever worked for me. Couldn't even defend my country, although I like the idea, and the Propaganda thing.
