im getting confused i log out with 67 green gems log back in with 70 odd blue gems .....highest lvl says lvl 130 but on my high score says 170 ....there's either been roll backs or a really bad save games
and it happens often

Is it just me or does anyone else lose their higher class upgrades? Whenever I leave, then come back and reload the game those upgrades are gone.

Ah, screw it. Nice effort, but you bit off more than you can chew. If it were a complete game, easy 5/5. The way it is? 2/5. I'm going to play some real video games on my Xbox now. Peace.

P.S. Time capsules should be a permanent upgrade. Like I said, you just do the same thing over and over and over. It gets boring. Especially after playing a couple of days, then realizing that the game isn't even close to finished.

All you do is kill a few monsters, upgrade skills so that you can a few more monsters, upgrade skills to find out you can't kill the next monsters, then restart. Warlock isn't even unlocked yet. Has gotten pretty boring after a week. Let's get some more updates...

Feels like the mp and mp regen should be split into 2 different items like hp and hp regen and have the same enchant effects. I have the exp to level skills to where they need mp way beyond what I can afford to lvl the earrings with gold.

Are there any more guardians and upgrades after the first? I've gotten about 200 green gems (on top of spending them), and never seen another guardian, just the initial upgrades available. He said the others would come out when we are more powerfull....how powerful do you have to be? Is there any more content later on?

Really want some more upgrades or some more high end content. I'm sitting at 2k+ gems and 20-25 in all of the purchased abilities except mana which is capped. Comeon! more more more! great job by the way.

so its the second day ive been stuck at lvl 55 because i cant farm enough gems to recruit the thief. note at this point ive upgraded to a paladin and a wizard.
Hi the thief is an asshole who demands more than he should, maybe with this you can figure out how to recruit him? I'm sorry you didn't understand how to get him.

I request a mild buff to the warrior regeneration perk, it's utterly useless compared to the regen bonus provided by his shoes, and the % bonus is negligible at best. I would recommend either boosting the % bonus, it could give a scaling bonus based on lost amount of hp, or regen based off max hp.

Hi! Me again. For lack of a better term, and please, everyone, pardon my language, your overkill system is currently a slap in the dick. There. I said it. Oh sure, it dangles the prospect of getting to progress faster if front of you, but then: SLAP! Capped at level 5, still having to wait 1 second in between each monster. Please, I beg of you, add another 4 levels to the Bloodstone. It wouldn't be gamebreaking, as there would still be a 0.2 sec delay in the monsters, it would still cost consecutively higher amounts of gems, which requires minimum wave progress to even hope to achieve (my best run has been 63 gems getting to wave 175), and it would actually let the players feel like at the end point, they actually got something worth it, and not, as I said earlier, a slap in the dick. Still really dig the game, just absolutely not digging the current cap on the overkill system.
If you haven't figured it out and are having problems with hiring the Thief, you can actually choose the "No thanks" option to decrease his gem price to 10, so you can proceed. Sorry for the late reply. Hope this message wasn't too late!

drizzt267: It's a bug. Click on one of the warrior's other skills (one you haven't maxed). The upgrade button will appear. Then click the warrior advance again. The upgrade button will still be there.

there's a bug that when you click to upgrade thief's health it counts as clicking on the thief. (so as to heal it.) not a big issue on the first and second runs, but when you spend green crystals on the idle bonuses it hurts your bonuses...
Hi, upgrading the thief's health doesn't count as a click. It heals him because upgrading the thief's HP raises his current HP together with his max HP. I will disable the healing text when he upgrades so it doesn't get misunderstood. Thanks for the feedback!

when losing a level and getting sent back, the heroes need to all be reset to full strength, or you can get into a situation where you're sent back level after level, never being able to get up to full strength so you can make it through the level

I noticed that sometimes when I want to upgrade a Warrior to a Paladin etc. The button won't pop up unless I fumble around a little with the skills

CyrusWallace you are wrong. The damage bonuses are multiplicative so it helps to have a bit of both. I've made a spreadsheet to calculate the benefit of buying next dmg boost vs keeping the gems. Unless your boost is already quite high, it's actually more beneficial to buy the next lvl. Though of course it doesn't take into account the extra HP from gems.

Not sure if this was suggested or not, but on a wipe it'd be very helpful for you to not fight until then entire party is up again. It's a bit annoying to walk away to eat, clean, etc and come back even further back because your priest and/or ninja got 1 shotted after a wipe.
Very few other things I'd like to see updated atm, hope you keep the updates rolling!

I don't know if this was mentioned before but, there's almost no benefit on upgrading your attack power with green gems above level 7. Each gem gives you 4% of DPS, whereas the upgrade gives you a fixed 25% (24%?), for example if you spend 10 gems, you lose 40%+ DPS in exhange of 25% (15% DPS loss). You also lose defense, HP and MP regen. I have tested on my Paladin: I exported my game before anything. Had 6T DPS on it, spent it all on gems and dropped to 3T. So yeah, that needs some tweaks. If you want a recommendation, I would make it so gems give you way more DPS than the passive effect. Also, instead of scalate its price (on DPS at least), make it so it's a fixed price too. Example: If 1 GREEN GEM gives you 4% (passively), buying the upgrade that costs 1 GEM (always) gives you 8% DPS. You double the DPS benefit from gems by sacrificing DEF and REGEN, but then it's worth buying. Right now it's not.

Autocast offensive skills (like Warrior's Strike) should only cast when there is a monster to attack. More often than not, mine is being cast while the monster is dead, and will be off cooldown only when the next monster is also dead.
When you cast an attack skill when there is no monster, it gets queued and will activate against the next monster. Meaning to say, it will be cast the moment the next monster appears. Try it out.

Hi, the game is using IndexedDB to save your progress. There is a small percentage of people whose computers do not support it. You can check this other thread from a game which uses a similar save system to see if yours is compatible.: http://www.kongregate.com/forums/32365-endless-dream/topics/617407-known-issues-regarding-saving In the meantime, please use the cloud save feature to backup your save regularly. Note that it does not support syncing to multiple computers yet as I meant it as a backup feature, only loading from the cloud if the game detects you have zero files on the computer. This will however be improved in the future - like a UI to see what's on the cloud and the option to download it. Do PM me your savefile progress (gems, highest zone, ascensions if any, etc) and I will restore it for you.

I wasn't able to recreate it, but there's a bug in the skills shop where the purchase upgrade button and the purchase increment (the one that picks x1 or max) buttons won't appear. I don't know if it was a once off thing, but figured I'd let you know.

Jesus Christ, the levels are so unforgiving after 170ish. I was able to farm the boss on 175 with zero problem, but barely beat the 180 and was absolutely annihilated by 185. How's that balance patch coming o.o? lol

I think the Autocast button should be available in the battle scene just under the corresponding skill (much easier to toggle on/off). I think you can even make a button: Disable all autocast and Enable all autocast :P

If you click "Skills" and then click directly onto class advancemens without having a skill selected from the upgrade menu first, the "Upgrade button" doesn't appear.

"The browser could not allocate enough memory". FFS learn to program properly instead of using 50 layers of standard components on top of each other that takes megabytes of ram in order to add to numbers together and display it on the screen. >.<
Hi, if it occurs during loading, this is happening because on WebGL, the game needs a certain amount of memory before it can run and if the browser does not have enough memory for it, it will crash. If you are having issues during loading, a few things you can try is to close some tabs, or restart your browser, run the game, then re-open your other tabs. You can also try another browser (the latest version of firefox has the best compatibility with WebGL). Also, it is best to update your browser to the latest version. Memory errors can happen to some users but not for others. Unfortunately, this is how WebGL works and there is no real workaround to it. I like the game, not as disorganized and over complex as other idle games with a similar layout. 5/5 Really looking forward to more content.
