Besides the nova nurf, quantum pillars now give 3 random quantums (not just 2), and some weapons and whatnot have had their cost changed. You can still only have 6 quantum pillars max tho.

I'm not sure what I think of the Nova nurf. It certainly means that every single deck won't be running it now. And yeah, Nova, Lycanthrope, etc, etc was getting old. Now when someone picks an element, you can expect to see cards from it!

Nova just got nerfed - was -3 health, +2 all quantums, now is no effect on health, +1 all quantums. I'm guessing PvP style (level 4) will be more fun now. No more nova nova nova lyncanthrope graboid poison poison freeze freeze.

alright, Awesome strategy. Get a bunch of pegesus and parrelel demension. Use pegusus's ability and copy him. The copy will have the doubled stats, but will be able to use its ability again. Highest pegesus stat : 48/2

my best strategy so far is otyugh, plate armor, fire queen, highest otyugh so far 13/30, currently at 600 score, W/L 97/34

cool game, btw I just defeated Poderis, ranked 2nd this week, and I only have 180 points and 50 wins :) Oh, and about the poison and firefly queen tactic, rofl

Also, eternity is broken. It can prevent a player from ever drawing a new card. Which is way too powerful of an effect.

This game is rather buggy. For example hammer doesn't do what it says it does by increasing gravity creature damage (the pop up by the creature shows the right damage but the amount that is taken from the computer is not correct).

How many years does it take to actualy have a chance vs. computer when he pops actual cards that makes sense put together against your Booster pack V0.0001alpha? Even with the best possible hand you can have he just runs you over. Would have been a fun MTG ninjamakeover. 2/5 for atleast trying.

Almost all of the top 50 decks are virtually the same. Firefly, firefly queen, graboid, and lycanthrope. It is very hard to deal with that much efficient aggro. We need a cheaper version of rain of fire. To balance you can make it affect both players' creatures. The other common deck is poison, but purify easily deals with that.
Also, perhaps you should think about making an official website for this game. I think it would be a good idea.

Hmmm. Thanks Wesson. That will be my next deck(I have a deck workshop). If anybody wants deck lists, give me a "shout"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
you should be able to attack the other player's creatures, instead of direct attacks, and money is too hard to get, though I'll try TheWesson's advice.(thanks) 3/5 till update

good remarks nellneb. very fun deck: 6 nova, six quantum pillars, pick and choose creatures, abilities from all colors. Works!

a couple decks that I made that worked:
1:dark/death/water control. parasites kill stuff that is "frozen" by freeze, steal enemy shields/weps, devourers steal enemy quantums(good opening play), and Chyrsoa poison your way to victory.
2:Fire aggro:18 fire pillars play Farenheit, fire shield, deflagaration, and most importantly, firebolt and fire spirit. Very simple to play.
3:firefly queen+rustler combo deck: rustler:1/1 converts 1light to 2life as many times as you want each turn. Firefly queen: 3/7 once/turn can produce 1firefly for 2life. Firefly: 3/2 every turn produce 1 light energy. If you don't see the combo you shouldn't be playing this game. Gets out ALOT of creatures very fast once you start your combo up. Guardian angel, pegasus, holy light, and fog shield are goood support cards.

in my most honest opinion, this game is a very crappy badly made copy of magic the gathering, it would be better IF you were allowed to chose the targets of your monsters attacks and not just automatically attack ur op. directly, i would love to be able to target the other persons creatures
how ever you did do a decent job with the cards and the graphics aren't too bad the artwork on the cards is also peaty good all an all id say a 2/5 only because you did take SOME time making this

Want some experience winning? Start a Fire login. Sell all non-fire cards you can down to 30 cards. Get to 14 fire pillars and buy your way to six Fire Spirits (cheap!), six Fire Bolts (also cheap), 3 Deflagration. Destroy enemy shields/weapons/specials with Deflagration, firebolt enemy creatures ASAP, put down cheap fast-growing Fire Spirits whenever possible.

Great game ... Too hard?
Hint: First thing, sell various cards in your deck which are not in your element, and buy cards which ARE in your element. You'll want about 13 pillars of your element and some decent creatures / abilities.

Yeah, I give up on this. It just seems like you can never get much money (you get pitiful amounts from most victories), the enemy decks are pretty frequently broken now (I've seen 3 dragons and 2 rare weapons in a single deck, and Lord only knows what else that hadn't been played yet), and the slot machine thing hardly ever seems to give cards. I might just be unlucky, but it seems like it's a lot more than that.

Was there some kind of update today? If not, the deck generator hates me; if so, then it's just about broken the game. I have to play a single random deck today that has NOT had rare weapons. The Owl's Eye in particular is ridiculous, since if it is played within the first two or three turns it becomes impossible for the opponent to keep a creature on the field, yet it STILL does damage to them as well as their creatures.

Here's a good strategy:
Buy two or three pegasai. Make sure you have the same amount of parallel universes. Wind pillars, Aether pillars, and Light pillars make life easier. Summon one pegasus. Use it's ability the next turn. Then use a parallel universe on it. Note that the cloned pegasus will always have double the previous copy's original attack strength. Repeat that as many times as you want and you'll have a strong pegasus. This probably isnt the best strategy, because it sort of takes a while, and it can get poisoned, or eaten by an Otyugh.

Awesome, I wouldn't call it "create an account", you just have to pick a username and a password, so that the game can save your progress. It takes about 5 seconds.

with more than 100 games under my belt and a whole slew of cards (none of those awesome weapons yet) in my pocket, i find that creating another deck is somewhat of a pain. Instead of saving my current one and then being able to "make" a new one, and add cards to that, i'm forced to only add cards to that one slot. I'd love to see more deck slots.

@Gaka, the idea of adding a mulligan option was addressed on the game's thread and it seemed like it's not necessary in this game.

If you are going to penalize the player with a loss, then you should probably skip the "back to main" screen entirely to save the player time. I was interested in seeing the special deck and suddenly noticed my score was down by several hundred and I had an extra 15 or so losses.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Every time you quit a match after you got to know who your opponent is you lose score and point. Otherwise you could just go back and forward until you play against whoever you wanted to... picking your opponent can be exploited in too many ways.

dimensional shield had a bug but it is now fixed: it should last 3 turns now. There are several ways to counter a dimensional shield deck, use destroy, or steal... or finish you opponent with spells (those are not blocked by that type of shield)
