for the next update I would like more mobs like villagers, wither skeletons to spawn the wither, and the wither itself. Also could you add nether fortresses, and villages? This would be a great idea for MineBlocks 1.29, thank you zanz for making this game
After the world generator is updated to include new biomes, which is after the save structure is updated. It might also be after the block structure is updated since that is more important for the impending port to Haxe. :)

your next game should be about: that you are the AI and theres 2 people, you all are in a space ship, then you fix the engine, go back in, and start it, it works, 100 Real Days later, the space ship enters the Milky way, there is a Sleep thing in the ship, theres a thing that heals you in the space ship, and theres a food thing to feed the 2 people, oh i havent called the 2 people, Jackie, and Wistick, ok when you enter the milky way, this alien space ship Fires a Laser at Your space ship, the engines stop working, but your going 1 light second a second, about 98,000 years later, a engine is there floating there in space, Jackie and Wistick grab it, took out the broken engine, and put the new engine in, a month later, the space ship reaches the solar system, Jackie Says. "YES!!! now we can get back home!!!" then the AI (the AI is you) says. "i have found a new alien Far away from us." Jackie says. "how far?" the AI says. "we cant talk yet, the alien must of

let meh tell you about the history of Mineblocks, part 1 (this is for people that are new to Mineblocks) Mineblocks 1.4.34: Nether, Minecarts, Mobs, Redstone, clouds, you could download it on Macromedia Flash player 8, Water blocks moved instead of flowing, you would have to get the Tree out of the way for you to get to the other side of the tree, Leaves where more pixelated more, no survival or Creatove modes, no hunger, Crafting was on Side not top,
Mine Blocks 1.4.34 was the first version yes :D But mobs were added sometime around 1.6, redstone was added in 1.8.8, nether was added in 1.11, and minecarts were added all the way in 1.26 :)

Endermans should have more damage/hp, i mean, you can just beat them with a stone sword, and... they're supposed to be the hardest enemy on the "normal" world

Hey thnx for advice. Also i got idea so plz give your thoughts.
J can be made into a servant. By breaking it and placing in top of 2 stone blocks you can make it a servant.
It helps in inventory, mining and fighting only
(ur choice)
But it has 7 hearts and can die like a player

in 1.29 add the biome, almost 2 real minutes of thinking later, a place where Fake peoples land, you can join, Free for all, and stuff

a few years ago i hated that you would place your mouse curser on a other block to break the block you wanted to destroy, Today: place your mouse on the block you want to destroy.
When I started development, I thought it'd be more realistic that you could mine only in the direction you were looking, because it's the same as what you do in 3D. It doesn't really make a lot of sense in 2D in general though, does it? Haha :)

Wooden stick figure: well, whats changed in version 1.38 is, Giant pigs, Milk bath...
Wistick123: wait what? Milk bath? wooden stick figure: yes, milk bath and, All kinds of giant stick figures. Wistick123: ._. wtf is wrong with this game? (that may happen in 2030, and i love this game, been using it for years)

just some odd questions. will natural disasters ever become a minor thing? like basic flooding? cause i made submarines and all but it feels like water will never be an issue. will wind also ever be added in ( in storms ) so then we dont get fuly blown around yet get pushed back or something via against wind so we literally have to fight it. ( you could add it in via adding a non effect slow down with some cosmetic designs etc etc )
will there ever be villagers? or even basic robotic dispensers set up around the map, make them be able to trade things ( or more or less work like en exchange system )
theres just a few ideas for potential add ins.
Flooding would destroy the word unfairly, don't you think? Like, natural disasters in general would be pretty annoying since you can't control what happens, and it would destroy the player's hard work for no reason. Wind would be neat from a mechanical perspective (if mechanisms were more of a thing), but I don't know what positive gameplay could result in having it directly interact with the player. But villagers are planned, yes!

When I saw "happy canadian thanksgiving" and I wondered, does the creator still check in on this game, and I checked the comments, and as it turned out, he did!
I looked up mods for crossbows, and it seems the implementations would end up being just like enchanted bows and arrows, so it wouldn't really add anything substantial to the game. This is similar to the reason guns aren't in the game ^^ If modding ever becomes a thing, then I think that'd be a great feature for the community to provide, but not in the official game yet.
xD Haha none of those are currently possible, you're asking like the exact few things that aren't possible right now :D Blocks and items are actually going to be recoded around version 1.31, which might mean texture packs could finally be a thing at that point! And once the game is recoded in Haxe (this is basically required to happen before the end of 2020, if not sooner), it'll be easier for the community to modify the game.

The free 2D version of Minecraft is really great, however I cannot make a safe house in your game. Every time I place a door, I cannot place a wall enclosing it and some creature sneaks in between the gaps, not to mention that the walls automatically disappear whenever you place a torch on them. Other than that, it's a pretty cool experience
I'd recommend not using background blocks to be honest xD they were added a long time ago for mostly aesthetic reasons (their only function is to look nice when making huts or something). But you're right, nothing can be placed on top of a background block (yet!). But yes, use solid blocks for the sides of your house, and keep the door closed. Make sure there are torches lighting the inside of your house so monsters don't spawn inside. That's how you make a safe house :)
Simply shift-click on a stack to split it. Also, shift-clicking while dragging a stack will place one item into the slot. If you've seen/played Minecraft, shift-clicking here is very similar to right-clicking in Minecraft.
