Level one. Hand excitedly pointing to something off screen. Nothing on screen reacts to mouse. KB buttons do not seem to do anything. What do I do?

Good game, and pretty funny. This was definitely the best balanced of the three (that I know of) amateur surgeon type games, but it also seemed like all the injuries were the most generic. Everyone just kind of had everything, and everything was always the same thing. Still, way more creative and entertaining than the billion idle games I've wasted my life on. 5/5.
