If it's 3d (true 3d) it would be nice with more angels of view, I would prefer a more top-down view, if its not, well disregard this :D

I think this game is good but it needs some improvements. I can't go on with upgrades and mining is locked. The only thing I can do is wait some oxidite or salvage but, you kow, it's pretty boring.

1- Every few total upgrade count, each upgrade starts costing more oxidite, salvage, and minerals even if it was NOT upgraded recently. As such highly costly upgrades done first (storage) are a good investment. The game will punish you if you specialize in mining speed first by being full of minerals and having to wait for rare things to spawn (every few minutes). Running out of minerals when there is something to mine out of range stops the game (at least if the out of range stuff is an asteroid) so it can be strategic to upgrade range a bit and never uprade anything else near the end of a field in case some just out of range wreck spawns. Theorically a stopped game can be reloaded to get to the beginning of the field, but that's a pain. Eventually you'll need to SLEEP which is when you will get the most oxidite/salvage so don't fret it if you're full of minerals waiting for stuff --- it's coming tonight so concentrate on storage.

After some fields, upgrading anything will change upgrade costs menu to reflect some field-specific requirements (i.e. it costed no oxy/salvage to upgrade before now it does IN ALL UPGRADES, or it costs more plus some extra minerals). As such going for mining speed too much harms you a lot long term as every upgrade type will cost more for the same effect!!

non-mineral materials will still appear if you are full of minerals; you will eventually be stuck full of minerals extremely often if you mostly upgrade mining speed and so the speed will be wasted.

Upgrades into something may rise the cost of other type of upgrades, as such there are ideal upgrade paths which are not documented --- and no way to restart the game should you do stuff wrong and get stuck full of minerals (insufficient storage) while having not enough other materials to spend the minerals on. The apparence of other materials won't happen, and wouldn't help since you'd need to finish the current asteroid first anyhow. AS SUCH THE GAME IS FULL OF NO=RESTART DEAD ENDS. I suspect ideally someone needs to put lots of storage upgrades to deal with the increasingly large (and increasingly slower filling by %) excess minerals.

relaxrelax - that's a Flash thing. Since an update a while back no Flash objects will progress while you're on another tab. To idle this (or any idle game) in background, open in it a new WINDOW instead. The active tab in each window will still run the games in them.

Relax guys, the game autosaves between fields. You just can't see it because you have the extra text enabled. hit the T key to turn extra text off.

using the scrollwheel will zoom or unzoom the station, but also do things to browers (all browsers I have, on PC and MAC) so please give another option --- it's nauseatingly annoying.

Very promising. Keep at it - if you want to keep it IDLE, have it do automatic upgrades when minerals cap, else add more interactive features. Definitely keep at it, could become a nice game!

I gotta say the graphichs are beautiful.. Run it in fullscreen and you kinda slip away into deep space.. Truly beautiful! 5/5

Great game! Nice idea and really special! I thougt about the comments and got to the point, that the seperation in fields is the main cause of players getting stuck in the game. Would be better resources spawn around the station randomly, but a trade system is a good idea to.

I think this is great. A little more overlay to tell you about the game, and a title screen would really make this a awesome game. For a long time i have been biased towards unity games, because it's still in it infancy. This changed my mind a bit.

Good game. Mining asteroids, getting some minerals. but it would be nice if the main ship move to find more minerals and other things.

i got the same problem as dracmonster.
Just filled my store with minerals - dont have enough of the other resources to upgrade, so now my station has shut down with no way to get other resources....

Good graphics, kudos! Other than that, it feels like just one element of a much bigger game (go prospecting for minerals/launch probes into space/build support buildings such as power generators, shields to protect against meteors.../trade minerals/hire crew...) Lotsa potential here. Not sure if the game would be viable on such a scale in Unity though.

Someone explain the point of this game.Is it,like,getting more and more minerals and such,because if it is,that is incredibly lame and boring. Maybe I just haven't gotten to the good part. where something happens.

If I could walk around the station and look at it from there I would love this game. If not.. well.. it's rather plain. What's more you don't even have an opening text to explain what the bloody heck is going on.
