i've quite a decent machine, never get lag with FPS games or anything really, yet for some reason I get a crap load of mouse lag with this game =S

First the button of: "unity web player, install now" appears. I click on it and it loads. Then again the first button appears and stays there. Can't press anything. Nothing works then. -_- Someone knows how to solve the problem?

Don't really care how big the company is. Demo gets 1/5. Especially since it won't load from Kongregate, it's actually loading from interstellarmarines.com (I know this because my NoScript has it blocked and isn't loading the game at all). Let me know when it actually gets posted on Kong, until then it's a 1/5 blank screen to me.

WOW everyone, way to post about a company you know nothing about. They are not a big funded company. They are a small team (probably bigger than 3-5 but not by much) and they are FULLY FUNDED BY THE COMMUNITY, yeah you read that right. As for 4 years in development...they've been trying for 4 years, they only started with Unity a short time ago. This is an amazing game, period.

This trial looks amazing. Used to play it on Interstellar Marines site. I can only hope for you guys to release the full fledged product to the market and redefine the FPS franchise, 'cos what I've seen so far is really promising.

I use with 2 monitors and every 30 seconds my cursor goes off and the game pauses. this makes it impossible to play. other than that, everything's perfect :)

This game is amazing. The weapon feeling is awesome (and gets better with more XP) and the weapon upgrades are motivating. I also love Running Man which you can play on interstellarmarines.com
Really impressing and intensive gameplay... and it just feels good. Motions and weapon handling are unbelievable smooth. Already donated (bough a Support Medal), because I am sure that this game will be something fantastic, when it is coming.

Does anyone know what this "unity player" is about? I'm not willing to install software from the internet onto my machine.

After discovering this project has been in the works for over 4 years by a corp (whether funded or not), that is already heading down a successful path, I'm no longer impressed. I still think it's a great game, but to me, being posted here is stepping on the toes of the little guys who may have visions of their own, and haven't quite gotten through the first steps like you have.

Not much to this at the moment, but kudos guys, IMO, you rocked any game I've seen uploaded as of yet, I really hate to have to give you a good vote, considering I helped graphically on a game being uploaded later today, but I can't be unfair just cause I have hopes of winning, lol. I'm giving you a 4/5, because you truly deserve it, and I think you deserve a better shot at prize then most of the other games on the leaderboards, for various reasons, from the graphics, to sound, to functionality, and so on.

I don't know if it's just my computer or what, but the game occasionally freezes and hangs with an error message over the Unity logo. Other than that, darn awesome!

i like it but my only complaint is the computer determining when the target is dead. i shot off a guys waist, arm, and leg and he still got away. its kinda irritating on the swarming levels

It's interesting to see a full fledged funded company post for this competition versus the 3-5 man groups. It is by far amazing, but it def shows what a team can do with almost half a year of development time.

I think you have to click the "downloading" bar before it downloads - slightly odd design but it seemed to work for me. The mouse input is stuffed (if I move my mouse slowly enough, it just doesn't move!) which makes sharpshooting far more difficulty than normal (I've seen issues like that in my own games if input is only checked in "FixedUpdate", it misses a whole bunch of inputs at high framerates but I don't know if it's the same issue).
I may not be impartial as I'm entering a game of my own but this game is being held back...

This game makes me wonder what the other unity devs are doing. This game has great graphics, lots of gameplay, and is just freaking fun to play. I'd play it more, but I've got progress on the official site. Try it there if you don't like the delays or want full screen.

Good looking demo. I am interested to see what you develop for the full game. Particularly, if you are serious about the focus on an engaging single-player storyline.

It's a demo. Hell yeah, it is! And what a demo! The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is so smooth, you could think it was done by a big studio and the atmosphere is just amazing. Yes, it may be just a demo, but it is one of the best demos I have ever played in a browser. 5/5 and favourited.

I hope those that play this realize that this is by far NOT the full game. However, this is an astounding accomplishment in it self for all that it is. To port next-gen graphics into a web browser is no small feat. Not to mention the game plays smooth and i hardly notice any skipping, if at all. Plus, to add to the list of awesome things, this is not a major developer. They're a sort of indie game company and if this is what we expect of them, we just may see the newest Minecraft phenomenon coming from them.
Overall though, its a great demo to play in just a web browser and even more on Kong. Hope you guys succeed in your future updates and releases, good luck.

This is the Best Unity game that I've seen, most of them are ridiculously stupid, but this is actually captivating. Good Job!
