really short. controls are kinda annoying. should've made a longer, more storyline-based sequel/prequel. 3/5. theres just not much here.

the character is fun and relaxing to control, and just climbing up and up actually turned to be rather a entertaining challenge. 5/5 from me

clearly this is set after endeavor, and you are the son of the dwarf from endeavor you moved away to a different mountain. because your dad knows the benefit of a healthy diet of purple fruit and endurance boosting fruit, you start out in better shape then he did. you also remembered to grab his grip gloves, but you forgot the boots and the parachute. of course, with this being a sequel to endeavor, by removing the flower to save your dad, you accidentally unleashed a giant made of living stone. nice job breaking it, hero.

@Ryuuzaki99. There is one fatal flaw to that assumption though: in Endeavor, the father is already dead. Then again, perhaps dwarves recover from death just like we humans recover from a cold, what do i know? :P

Endeavor is a prequel to this because in this one you already have the gloves and the boots, meaning you already finished Endeavor's adventure. Why you lost your endurance: The fruit may just be temporary. Why you lost the sword: Blah blah blah god stuff. What about the bad ending: The good ending was probably the only canon ending.

fun but I think it was short of course it was done in two days so it cant be too long. *kind of spoiler* the end sounded like he killed him

bit short, I was kinda hoping for like 5 levels,, more or less the cave, the base, so on until the sumit. the game was a bit short, but enjoyiable and slightly challenging at the tip.

To all of those saying "Whoa, you made this in two days? ZOMG!" You must keep in mind that he made Endeavor first. This had the same control scheme, graphics, dialogue setup, and player character, so it was probably a breeze. Still, pretty decent, if short.

You know, I really do love this game, and the other one about the little dwarf guy, but this needs to be longer. It's really cute, if you ask me, and you made this in... holy.... TWO DAYS?! I am very impressed. Please make more games about our short hero. 5/5

Wait...did he just kill his father when he got back with the rose i think he did,"Sleep father."*FLASH* if some sound effect would make you think otherwise, just say so my speakers are broken.

I think you should put an option in all of your games to use the wasd keys instead of the arrow keys. I LOVE your games, but that would make it so much better, especially for those of us without working arrow keys. ;P

I played both, this game and "endeavor" a.k.a. the prequel and i am surprised and disappointed at the same time. this game is a rehashed version that uses the most of the same sprites and mechanics from the prequel but at the same time, it has a new but short story. I am surprised it only took 48 hours to make this but it lacks depth. It only takes around 5-10 minutes to beat and i think that if more time was put into it that this would be more enjoyable. "You can't rush perfection" after all.

@THEMADSPAMMER, There is actually another game made by this same person with way more elements added. It's called endeavor. It's pretty good, and is a lot more fun. Not saying this wasn't great :D

hmm 2 days and i completed in in 360 most people would not stop to consider the amount of effort put into a game like this i have to say this would make a real game maby with upgrades and enemys in the future so keep up the good work

I played a game with you playing the same character and the same area, the same creatures and the same controlls on newgrounds called summit! Also the orange fruits are endurence fruits right?
