Grow a few houses into a whole skyline.
Skyline Topia is a cheerful 3D city builder. Draw roads, place homes and watch them grow into villas, offices and skyscrapers. Keep residents happy with power, water, fire, police and health, run factories and deliver the goods your homes ask for. Taxes and factories keep going while you are away.
What you can do
- Build 150+ kinds of buildings, from parks to a zoo, an airport and a harbour
- Grow homes through 8 tiers, up to a 169 m tower
- Make 32 goods, fill deliveries and trade on the Mayors’ Market
- Dig canals and decorate your city
- Quests, weekly tasks and city events
- Join a neighbourhood (level 10) and climb the leagues together
- Visit and like other cities, and chat with other mayors
Sign in with your Kongregate account: your city is saved on our server, so you can play on any computer. Play in English or one of 15 other languages.

- Purchases: This game contains in-app purchases (Kreds). Everything can also be earned by playing.
- AI disclosure: AI tools were used for the 2D art, the translations and the code. The 3D models come from licensed asset packs.
Cara Bermain
Controls
- Move: drag the map, or W A S D / arrow keys
- Zoom: mouse wheel, or + and -
- Turn the view: Q and E
- Build: open the Build menu, pick a building and click a free spot. R turns it, Escape cancels.
- Roads: pick a road and drag to draw it. Homes need a road.
- Buildings: click one to start production, collect goods or upgrade it.
Goal
Give your homes the services they need and deliver the goods they ask for: they grow a tier, with more residents and taxes. Coins and XP open new buildings and goods. Play at your own pace.
Tips
- Follow the quests at the top for coins and XP.
- Collect taxes from the City Bank often.
- Happy residents pay more: parks nearby help, missing services hurt.
- Tap your coins or residents to see your economy and population.
- Start a long factory batch before you leave.
- Settings › Help and feedback shows all controls.

Hi everyone, I’m the developer, and I’m really happy to see you here on Kongregate!
Draw roads, zone homes and watch them grow from small houses into skyscrapers. Keep your residents happy, run factories, fill freight orders and trade on the Mayors’ Market. Your city keeps earning while you’re away.
