Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. A little runner game about a small creature that is attracted to light. Help him to find his way through the dark and dangerous forest and eat as much shine as possible!
The game was made for Kongregate Game Jam, theme: ATTRACTION. We used "No Text" modifier.

I found what I consider to be a huge flaw. I made it to the end of the level and tried to jump up the platforms to reach the exit gate and jumped clear over it, dying and having to restart the level. You should put a wall (visible or not) at the edge of the screen past the end point of the levels, because dying that way is a little ridiculous.

Very nice, atmospheric graphics and pleasant sound effects used for when you collect light. I am finding it a bit laggy on my computer for some reason. But it's a simple, well executed, concept.
