Word of Troy: Odyssey is a Greek-mythology lane battler where you literally spell out your legends: recruit word-tile soldiers, and when hero fragments land side by side on the field they fuse into legends — PER + SEUS becomes PERSEUS, and shared fragments like SEUS can instead complete THESEUS or ODYSSEUS.
You and an AI commander each defend a mirrored battlefield. Waves of satyrs and cyclopes march the mountain paths toward your little Prince; every enemy that slips through costs a heart, and the first side to lose all three hearts is defeated. Earn bread from kills, merge identical soldiers to rank them up, dig new ground with shovels, and unleash hero skills — Zeus chains sky lightning, Odysseus fires a piercing shot. Between battles, bargain with the Mysterious Merchant, spin Hermes’ lucky wheel, and fill your armory with ever-fancier weapons. A match takes 3–8 minutes.

Cara Bermain
GOAL — You and the enemy commander each guard a little Prince with 3 hearts. Enemies that slip past cost a heart (bosses cost 2). Lose all hearts and the battle is lost.
RECRUIT — Tap RECRUIT to spend bread on soldiers and hero fragments. Bread comes from kills, so keep fighting.
PLACE & MERGE — Drag tiles from your camp onto light squares. Two identical soldiers of the same rank merge into a stronger one (up to rank 4). Shovels dig dark squares into new ground.
SPELL A LEGEND — Hero fragments fuse when placed side by side: PER + SEUS = PERSEUS. Shared fragments open choices — SEUS can also finish THESEUS or ODYSSEUS.
HERO SKILLS — Heroes charge skills through kills. When a hero glows, tap to unleash: chain lightning, piercing shots and more.
SOLDIERS — AXE hits hard up close, SPEAR holds the middle, BOW shoots far and fast, RIDER strikes two foes at once.
BOSSES & BEYOND — A boss arrives on wave 6, then every 7 waves. Win to earn stars, rise in rank, unlock new maps, collect weapons in the Armory, and meet the Mysterious Merchant.

SEE WHAT YOU WIELD
Every hero still carries the arm of his own legend — Achilles his spear, Zeus his bolt, Athena her aegis. From Blue upward it is now dressed to its grade: a rim of quality, a gem set in the pommel, gold filigree and a glow at Orange, embers at Red, and a turning halo at Mythic. Same weapon — better made, and now you can see it across the board.
MASTERWORK TRAITS
Weapon traits climb four steps now — Purple, Orange, Red, Mythic — sharper at every one. A MYTHIC weapon wakes a skill of its own, the equal of a hero’s:
· Ash Spear rains three spears on every kill
· Silver Bow looses a volley that pierces the whole lane
· Bronze Blade cleaves everything around its heavy blow
· Thunder Rod chains lightning through three foes at every cast
FORGE THEM YOURSELF
Orange, Red and Mythic arms no longer fall whole — they fall as fragments of their kind, and nothing forges itself any more. Gather four, five or six, then strike the anvil in the Armory with your own hand.
