RPGs, MMOs, Rhythm games, absolutely every game is basing on it! So I manage to build a ideal game with focusing only on this special ability!

As a game: not diggin it much. As an experiment to see just how much positive reinforcement will make a person willing to keep at it even if its lame: Brilliant.
