Diamond Odds Baseball is a strategy-driven baseball simulation built around a visible probability system.

Instead of hiding outcomes behind a simple random roll, Diamond Odds combines player attributes, batter-versus-pitcher matchups, strategy choices, and game context to create a changing probability distribution before each plate appearance is resolved.

Players manage lineups, pitching decisions, bullpens, player attributes, season play, standings, and in-game strategy while seeing how their decisions affect the odds in real time.

The result is a baseball game that is easy to understand visually but still rewards thoughtful decision-making.

Diamond Odds Baseball is free to play and is also being developed into a physical tabletop game using the same probability-based system.

HOW TO PLAY DIAMOND ODDS BASEBALL

1. Set Your Lineup
Choose your starting lineup and batting order before the game begins.

2. Manage Your Pitching
Select your starting pitcher and use the bullpen when you need to make a pitching change.

3. Make Your Strategy Choice
During each plate appearance, choose your approach based on the matchup and game situation.

4. Read the Probability
Diamond Odds uses player attributes, batter-versus-pitcher matchups, strategy, and game context to create a visible probability distribution for the plate appearance.

5. Spin for the Result
Press SPIN to resolve the at-bat. The result is drawn from the visible probability distribution and can produce outcomes such as an out, walk, single, double, triple, or home run.

6. Manage the Game
Advance runners, make pitching changes, adjust your lineup when available, and continue making strategy decisions as the game develops.

7. Play Through Nine Innings
Score more runs than your opponent by the end of the game. Extra innings may be played if the score is tied.

8. Continue Your Season
Use the season features to track standings, results, player performance, and future games.
