Definitely need an upgrade to collecting money. Preferably a radius so it doesn't have to go to the EXACT tip of your mouse.

I would like an upgrade to their brain power so they can learn to walk around obstacles. :P

It would be extremely nice if you either A: gave us enough time at the end of a level to collect eggs, or B: made them autocollect at the end of a level. A collection upgrade (magnet) would also be really nice. Otherwise, nice game.
