You are the treasure. The heroes are lunch.

Mimic Empire is a pixel-art idle dungeon RPG where you play as a living treasure chest. Devour greedy adventurers, upgrade your jaws, build deadly traps, and turn a hungry little chest into a dungeon overlord.

• Choose your evolution: Ironjaw, The Trickster, or Void Maw, each with unique abilities and three evolution ranks.
• Unlock dungeon rooms, rearrange traps, and discover powerful combinations.
• Explore five cavern regions and defeat the guardians of a 200-depth expedition.
• Fight automatically or take control with manual bites, Tongue Grab, and evolution skills.
• Buy upgrades individually, in batches of 5 or 10, or with MAX.
• Awaken to earn permanent bonuses and build a stronger empire.
• Earn offline gold for up to four hours.

Suggested age: 13+. Contains comic fantasy combat. No realistic gore or in-game purchases.

Saving: Progress is stored locally in your browser. Backup and transfer options are available in Settings.

AI disclosure: AI tools were used for game design, programming, visual assets, and audio synthesis code. No AI content is generated during gameplay.

Privacy: The Kongregate build reports five progress statistics to the platform. See Settings → Privacy & credits for details.

플레이 방법

Your chest attacks automatically. Devour heroes, collect gold, and reach depth 200 to complete an expedition.

MOUSE
• Click the mimic or BITE! to perform a manual bite.
• Click a hero to select your target.
• Spend gold in UPGRADES and build traps in DUNGEON.
• Choose ×1, ×5, ×10, or MAX to change your upgrade purchase amount.
• Rearrange rooms with their arrow buttons. Try placing Sticky Slime before Spike Trap.

KEYBOARD
Click the dungeon scene to focus keyboard controls.
• Space: Manual bite
• 1: Tongue Grab
• 2: Lure a hero
• 3: Repair
• 4: Evolution skill
• Left / Right: Cycle targets
• Escape: Clear target

PROGRESSION
Use AUTO ADVANCE to explore deeper or HOLD DEPTH to earn gold at your current depth. Character upgrades increase your Mimic level and unlock new rooms. After your first boss, collect 6 essence to choose an evolution.

Watch your health and interrupt dangerous enemy attacks. Awaken after defeating two distinct bosses to gain permanent bonuses.

Enable audio in the top bar. Use Settings to adjust sound and back up your save.
