Row out onto a dark lake with a lantern, a rod and the feeling that something below is watching.
Night Lake is a calm, eerie fishing game. Cast your float, watch it bob in the lantern light and strike when it really goes under. Fight each fish with reel and rod: keep the line tension out of the red and lean the rod against the pull. Sell your catch at the dock, buy better baits and tackle, and take on the night’s quests.
But the lake is not empty. The lantern stutters, the crickets fall silent, and a shadow longer than your boat glides underneath. Monsters need their own bait and strong gear, and can tow your boat across the water. Each lake hides a legend.

Cara Bermain
W/S row, A/D turn. Hold Left Click on the water to aim, release to cast. Click or Space when the float really goes under, then hold to reel in. In a fight keep the tension out of the red and hold A/D to lean the rod away from the fish. P pause, G tackle box, E dock shop (near the dock), B next bait, C groundbait, J quests, V field guide, M markers, N mute.

NEW LAKE: DEADWATER MILL (level 30)
An old mill pond at night. The great wheel still creaks beside the ruined mill, rotten piles stand in the still brown water, duckweed drifts on the surface and something pale glints down in the mill pool.
- 10 new fish: Rudd, Gudgeon, Crucian Carp, Silver Bream, Wels Catfish, Northern Pike and four monsters: Millrace Wels, Wheel Pike, Old Mill Carp and the huge Millstone Wels.
- Its own baits, and a new legend: THE DROWNED MILLER. Land the pond’s four monsters, then wait over the mill pool after midnight with the Miller’s Offering.
- Three new gear sets: Millrace, Waterwheel and Millstone, the strongest tackle in the game.
BETTER TACKLE, FASTER FIGHTS
Strong gear now tires fish out faster on every lake. A TACKLE sign next to the fish’s bar shows green arrows when your gear is a match, red when it is too weak.
FIXED: THE FIGHT AT THE BOAT
No more line stuck at 0.6 m. A fish with strength left now fights about 2 m from the boat and tires quickly there; once it is beaten it comes straight in to be landed.

When catching a fish the meter goes to 0.6m and just freezes there until the blue bar at the top empties. No matter how quickly you reel in the fish it will not actually catch it until that top bar is empty for some reason.

Thanks a lot for reporting this, it was a real problem! Until now the line could reach 0.6 m while the fish still had strength, so it looked frozen. It's fixed in today's update: a fish with strength left now fights about 2 m from the boat and tires quickly there, and once the blue bar is empty it comes straight in. Good tackle also tires fish faster now. Thanks for helping make Night Lake better!

Awesome! I love it, well done. The water have a nice realistic looking. Calm & peaceful places to visit.
While reeling, don't forget to use the ''a'' and ''d'' (when the left or right yellow arrow light-up) to kinda fight the fish to your boat.
Thank you so much, really glad you enjoy the calm of the lake! And great tip about A/D, holding the rod away from the fish tires it much faster. Today's update adds a new lake, Deadwater Mill, with its own legend, and a TACKLE sign in fights that shows if your gear is strong enough. Tight lines!
