You should not call it "1st game", since it is not a game at all

yep controls work, at least add a point to it, some kind of theme.

You should add something on-screen you collect for a score, make it something like .. each item you collect increases your speed and falling off the edge kills you. Then your game will have a start, middle, and an end. Without a goal it isn't really a game but more of an interactive toy.

Rebound and acceleration are quite well managed, but there are some problems with collisions: no upper limit for the position (... we can lose the cursor/item out of the screen) and with "high" speed the item enters the border.
