Feel free to fork and bash the shit out of it. Please excuse the poor quality of the code, itโs got quite a bit of spaghetti in it.

Ridiculously high city regeneration rates and lasership spam ruin the fun lategame. You don't really have a choice of ships later on, because most simply can't penetrate those regen rates and your allies are quite frankly useless. It's still easy enough to beat later levels with the last ship, but it's just not fun enough to bother. Nice early to midgame though.

A few small issues: after the first mission I hit 'retry', since it was where I'd expect continue to be - it wasn't actually obvious that I needed to hit 'menu' to continue. The rupee balance is in the lower left, but the tutorial says right; C should toggle like T does, instead of needing to click close

fix the memory leak. halfway through a level the game slowed to a crash.

with a few tweaks, this could be great:
(1) ok, the aircrafts are zeppeline-type hover-thingies, but why do all need to have to maneuverability of a drunk elephant?
(2) the mining robot is a nice touch, but who has time for that when the fastest route to victory is rushing the enemy?
(3) basic upgrades for the aircrafts (e.g., fire power, fire rate, speed, steering) would already make the game much more satisfying.
great move to make it open source, though. I'll check on it regularly to see how this develops.

man, my 10 ships are taking forever to kill the enemies 1... do they have terrible guns or something?
