I can answer at least two of those questions for you, Johnny: everyone's dead because you finally snapped and murdered them in a fit of homicidal rage brought on by the endless misery they constantly inflicted upon you on a daily basis. Then, after sating your need for bloody revenge, you blacked out and woke up remembering nothing of the heinous, but equally justified, acts committed against those closest to you. Unknowingly racked by the guilt that crept in after the rage subsided, you subconsciously decided you couldn't live with yourself and chose to put an end to your bloodstained existence. There, I hope this lengthy explanation helped you find some closure in your confusion riddled life whilst keeping within the artsy, existential tone of the game. If not, well then I got nothing and I'd say it sucks to be you, don't it? Lol.
